I just want to make sure that great customer service is recognized and acknowledged I understand that sometimes things can be frustrating and for example receiving a in-house collection letter of a membership, that I thought I canceled temporarily, was pretty surprising and frustrating. I was able to contact the billing phone number and the lady on the phone was very understanding and helpful to the situation granted I was very respectful and communicated with her clearly and she was able to do the same to me with patiennce and respect. The lady, who I believe is Donna, took the time to explain what may have happened and went out of her way to make sure that any collection was canceled and that a freeze was put in place until the date that we agreed to do to being in fire academy. Very helpful and very accommodating. But again like I stated above if you approach somebody with respect, Patience and kindness usually the same as reciprocated. Thank you Palm Beach gym staff for being so helpful

When it’s not busy, this place is great. It’s more of an old-school gym vs a fitness center like PF. The advantage of that is a much better variety of equipment. The one downside is that it’s not quite big enough to support the number of people at the busiest times.

If I can give this place lower than a 1 I absolutely would. Their billing practices are extremely unethical and deceiving buyer BE WEARE.
