After years at a high profile and expensive gym in Boca I made the switch to Palm Beach Gym and I'm so happy I did so! Great gym with wonderful and helpful staff. I talked a few friends into making the switch as well and they're all happy they did.

Palm beach gym has it all! They revamped their whole set up. I’m able to train with great equipment one day and then on their extended turf area another. Their CrossFit program is killer & the addition of Road House Cycle is the perfect compliment. The staff is welcoming and makes sure you feel at home

They took down the only part I liked l, the punching bags and mats without telling anybody.

The yoga classes are wonderful!! The membership is month-to-month and very affordable and fair. I highly recommend this location!

They are raising rates on longtime members. There are way too many other gyms around that offer a better experience.

For the price this is the right place. I also am apart of the Black Sheep Crossfit (Which is so awesome) Not to crowded and also really friendly people working there. These negative reviews are so out of bounds but that's typical boca people in this town freaking out about nothing.

Meg always greets me with a smile every time I go to the gym. Dawn is the best. The gym has all the weights and machines you need for a great workout

Great gym if you’re looking to be left alone and just lift. They’re not going to pamper you, but they’re extremely fair with membership changes/payments and overall polite and professional. Clean facility and the members are nice enough. Definitely recommend

The equipment is old and past it's best years, things are constantly going out of order including the bathrooms, it really seems like the management doesn't care about this gym. Now they completely remove the punching bags and the mats I used to stretch on. I will be cancelling my membership.
