Niko's Muay Thai Gym

My 14-year-old daughter goes to Muay Thai with great pleasure. This is a wonderful place. If you want to get in shape, I highly recommend this gym. The trainers there are wonderful and you will feel very comfortable with them!

My 16 year old son Damian started training at Niko's West Boca location a couple months ago. I have never seen my son this excited about anything before! Every single time I pick him up from training he is glowing and smiling. Niko and coach Gregory are both very welcoming and positive instructors. Both are extremely talented and accomplished Muay Thai professionals and I know my son is learning from the best in South FL! My son is so happy being a part of their team now and I truly look forward to seeing where his journey on Niko's team takes him! An incredible gym, owned and run by an actual Muay Thai world champion. Friendly and supportive atmosphere, combined with their world-class athletic expertise, makes this place absolutely fantastic for adults and children alike.

Niko is the best Muay Thai instructor in the area. He comes from a real Muay Thai lineage; a lot of schools claim to have Muay Thai but really it's just kickboxing. Their east Boca facility is very large with great equipment and outdoor conditioning equipment. His team has top ranked local fighters and hobbyists alike. There's a great kids program too.Muay Thai training helps me with all aspects of life and I've gotten in incredible shape from it. My resting heart rate is 48 beats per minute, my vO2 max is 55, and I burn around 800 calories per hour training session at Nikos Muay Thai. Niko trains some of the best fighters in the area including UFC fighters. I definitely recommend it.

This is the best gym for Thai boxing and fitness, everyone respects each other like a family member. Niko is my first and best Muay Thai coach, I advise everyone to try this gym.
