Niko's Muay Thai Gym

I have been training and fighting Muay Thai for nearly 15 years. Niko is one of the best coaches I've ever worked with.

Niko is an excellent trainer/coach! Every workout is unique and challenging. My expectations are constantly exceeded by Niko and staff. If you want to learn Muay Thai and get in the best shape, I highly recommend if you are in the Parkland and Boca Raton area.

Niko's Muay Thai is the real deal. If you want your kid to get a proper workout AND learn something useful, this is the place for you. The warmups, the drills, and the sparring are all first class. And the kids love it... highly recommended!

My son has been attending the fitness center for couple months now and we couldn't be happier with his performance, growth and what the gym has to offer. From flexible schedule and different approach by the main coach himself, Niko definitely makes this gym stand out from the rest in the area. Very much recommend if you are looking for character build strength and an active life style for you or your child.

My daughter 5 years old, initially we took a free trial week to understand how much she would be interested. She is now training second month. Training and discipline give her self-confidence, teach her to defend her boundaries and control her emotions. So, I definitely recommend this place

Simply an incredible martial arts dojo/school! Training with a world champion is very different then some black belt, as Niko teaches all real life skills that will be helpful for kids and adults alike. A great place for women self defense classes, kids classes and professional fighting training. Hey, you never know if you see a famous fighter visiting Niko.

My 9 year old son started training here about one month ago and we are consistently impressed with the program at Niko's. Each class has structure and includes lesson periods on fitness, dynamic exercise, stretching, and muay thai skills training. Niko is clearly an experienced coach and trainer and knows how to teach these skills. He has a patient teaching style with kids and in just a month I have seen great improvement in my son's fitness and discipline. He really enjoys going to class, working hard, and learning new skills.If you are looking for a new activity for your son or daughter in 2023, I definitely recommend trying Niko's Muay Thai. We had no experience with Muay Thai before, but have found this to be a great experience. Also, if you are concerned about safety, the kids wear full pads during training, so thats not an issue.

Each coach has his own “tricks”, but they are nothing without a certain set of personal qualities... We have been training with Nikolai for a year and a half, and we can rightfully highlight the key ones: very attentive to everyone, does not lose sight of anyone, chooses individual approach; moderately combines both severity and the ability to support with a kind word; a professional with a capital “P” in his field; teaches you to think and reason correctly; and just a good person))
