BOCA RATON YMCA IS THE WORST YMCA IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!!!! Unfriendly and incompetent staff and the blonde older woman manager at the front desk attitude is SOOOOOO DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!! Dosent read the screen treats you NASTY and actually stopped me and talked to me like if I had snuck in and told me I needed to leave when I am a paying member!!!! I even told the lady who scanned me in that I was from LA and she commented she just came back from LA, scanned me in and still The older woman blonde manager treated me like I was sneaking in!!! Please!!! LOL Like if im gong to sneak in this garbage!! Total CLASSLESS and INCOMPETENT!!! Then staff at the kids club are just as worse!!! TOTALLY Clueless in taking care of kids totally incompetent!! If they dont know how to take care of kids why are they working at the kids club????????? HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! The Boca summer camp program is a chaos. Very poorly managed by an arrogant, always right director with so bad customer service skills that he managed to turn our family into Yhaters.
