BOCA RATON YMCA IS THE WORST YMCA IVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!!!! Unfriendly and incompetent staff and the blonde older woman manager at the front desk attitude is SOOOOOO DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!! Dosent read the screen treats you NASTY and actually stopped me and talked to me like if I had snuck in and told me I needed to leave when I am a paying member!!!! I even told the lady who scanned me in that I was from LA and she commented she just came back from LA, scanned me in and still The older woman blonde manager treated me like I was sneaking in!!! Please!!! LOL Like if im gong to sneak in this garbage!! Total CLASSLESS and INCOMPETENT!!! Then staff at the kids club are just as worse!!! TOTALLY Clueless in taking care of kids totally incompetent!! If they dont know how to take care of kids why are they working at the kids club????????? HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! Incredible preschool with tenured teachers and staff. Reggio Emilia, child-led curriculum that allows the kids time and space to explore and follow organic learning opportunities through. Unparalleled communication and attentiveness. Highest recommendation!

Still the BEST AQUA THERAPY IN PALM BEACH COUNTY AND AT THE Y IN BOYNTON BEACH. Frieda and Sandy are superb therapists. I have been working with Frieda for 10 years. Without her help I would not be walking today. There simply is nobody who can compare!

Suspect the pool had typhus and malaria in it. Can't prove. Cancelled over one month ago and still drafting the amount out of my account. The showers are also walled off, and I was warned of them selling people's information for fundraising. Not recommended. Before covid it was a very good club.

We use the Y for daycare. It's clean, the (EXCELLENT) staff takes great care of our 1 year old, and the manager of daycare (Patty) is EXCELLENT. Basically my kid is everything to me, and I trust them with his saftey.

I would recommend this place for other families. And I do often. It has a few things I wish they would address, but as a whole, the family experience its great! We use their work out facilities, my kid is in their sports programs, and we have even been to camp a few times.

Not because I’m a member, but it is a good place for my entire family to be, to spend sometime working out, dancing, swimming and a lot more. The after care program is awesome and my kid loves it. I’m thankful for everything.

YMCA Boca doesn't believe in protecting members from cell phones exploding in the sauna. People ask management for a sign "no cells" but management doesn't seem to find the need for it....Wondering if a class action would convey to management they are liable and it's their duty protect the membership? They believe a general sign saying no plastics or glass in the sauna can do the job. Well it's not working and it's not clear to people at all....The facility is beautiful the cardio machines all new and modern, excellent weight room, and certified trainers, it's safe. . If you like to take lessons do it at your own risk most teachers are not certified and it shows....

The facility is clean, the price is fair, the staff is pleasant and the equipment is in good shape. The hours of operation allow no excuses to work out.
