I have been attending the facility for two weeks and I feel better and gaining strength already. I have been to other exercise organizations and by far this is so much better! Cleaner then any club in the area and it is friendly. One on one support. Works with older people and working around injuries. Well worth the money! I am sure if you try it you will see ALL the benefits!

The care and details to pair each person with best fit for your trainer makes each training session amazing. Fred is a consumate professional and the entire team is always friendly and kind. I am blessed to train with Emmett and look forward to every training session. In just six weeks I have been able to make great strides to improving my strength, nutrition and overall health. It has and will continue to change my life and health. I highly recommend to all to try it out and I know you will love The Facilty as much as I do.

At 69, I've had many gym memberships throughout the years, most disappointed in their results and professionalism. In only 4 weeks at The Facility during each visit and under direct supervision I've already noticed a physical transformation I didn't think possible at my age. My personal trainer's aware of my recent heart surgery, hip, knee replacements and works within the limits of my ability. No two workout session have been the same by design. It's not about lifting and doing sets but more functional as in working multiple muscle groups at the same time. I've even asked him to work me harder. Importantly, masks are mandatory and after I've touched each equipment it's wiped with sanitizer. I feel stronger, walk with more confidence, look MUCH better in clothes and mentally happier. From Fred the owner down to the entire staff all have been extremely friendly and helpful. Anthony is the best trainer I’ve ever gotten to work with!! I came in with a foot injury and SEVERELY out of shape. 3ish months later, I actually enjoy coming to the gym and working out. Anthony mixes up the exercises so I’m never bored! I’m down almost 15 pounds and 4% body fat and plan on continuing! All of the other trainers are really nice and welcoming too. I feel very comfortable and safe there! Thank you Anthony for helping me get my life back on track!!

I was hesitant about joining the facility but once I did I am extremely happy. the staff and personnel trainers encourage you. the equipment is less stressful geared towards older individuals. usually I'm tired after a workout but 10 minutes late it feels so good. however the best part is when friends tell me how great I'm looking. makes it all worth it.

Just after you enter in The Facility, everyone is so helpful and welcoming. Fred gives you all medical and great explanations about your body, training and runs a great assessment of all your muscles, strength, overall health... you'll love it. Trainers are focused, all certified, put your body under the training that you really need. All this under a very good environment. Great great place!!!!

The Facility is awesome - I've tried trainers off and on and never been too impressed. For context, I've been training on my own for years and am a very active person. At this point, I am a little older and have just enough injuries/middle-aged stuff for me to seek out some help.The level of expertise is unlike anything I've experienced for nutrition and strength training. If you're getting mixed messages from your own research and what you're hearing from coaches/friends/trainers, work with these guys, set some goals, and crush it!

The facility is awesome! Fred and his staff are exceptional! The facility is super clean. All the trainers are very well educated. Alec my trainer is very motivating and I am always learning something new and then building on what I have learned! I really look forward to going and working out and proud of the progress I am making already in just over the month I have been here! There is no way you would find better trainers anywhere, and the price is very affordable! I think it is the perfect gift to give yourself!
