Love this place! Used to do hotworx, doesn’t even compare. I always leave this place feeling 100x better. All the instructors are amazing, place is very clean, and ppl are all so nice. Really good clases and teachers. It is also the cleanest place I have ever been and they do have EVERYTHING there in case you feel like jumping in at any time. Highly recommended.

Love this place so much!! Coming after a long day of work and flowing is the greatest peace I find. Caitlin, Jillian, Alexis and John are so, so, so amazing and thoughtful in their flows. I love it here.

One of the best hot yoga experiences in SoFlo. Amazingly talented instructors, and you are getting your money’s worth with the amenities that come with. Always clean facilities and friendly staff. So happy I have a membership at YJ.
