It's not very clean. Bathroom was dirty. Floor drains were full of crud and moldy substances. I'll pass on this place. Looks like it would be nice if they worked at it.

Can get over crowded. Equipment is older still does the job. Not enough space or machines. Out dated!! Spend some money to make it a nice gym again. New Equipment needed. Overall, if you go when its not very busy you can get a good workout in. Middle of the road commercial gym!

1. The place is dirty. Water bottles, beer caps, hair taped on bathroom door (gross). Trash overflowing, broken equipment pieces left next to equipment for days, water bottles ad garbage left on floors overnight, things left on showers overnight.2. I signed up for personal training and was no showed and double booked the first 3 sessions. There is only one trainer with openings who, although was great, hard to get fit in. I was told I would get 2 sessions a week over the phone when I signed up and paid, and that is NOT part of the contract. The contract that I paid for was only once a week, so I lost 50% of my sessions I thought I signed up for. THEN after 3 no shows/double bookings, I decided to quit as this was not what I signed up for and they are charging me 50% of a 4 month contract that, again, I was told noting about when signing up. I am so disgusted with all of this, I'm sadly willing to pay this because I want nothing to do with this place anymore. Corporate was no help either.

This location has continuous problems maintaining staff. I enrolled in the personal trainer program and had problems using all of my times, because so many personal trainers quit during the time I was here. When I canceled my membership, I was told that I had until the end of May 2023 to use all of my unused sessions. Turns out that was not true. I was told they would be reinstated and that did not happen now when I tried to cancel my membership I’m being told I can’t do that because the person isn’t there and only one person is capable of cancel your membershipI would not use this fitness center again

The atmosphere here is great! The staff is phenomenal & super friendly. My only complaint is the condition of the workout equipment. All of the benched by the free weights are at least 20 years old. They don't even let you adjust the bottom seat, that's when you know they're archaic. There's also rust all over the machinery. Some workouts I am genuinely concerned if the machine is going to break. If this facility dumped $50,000 into itself & did a clean renovation I'm sure they could increase their membership count by tenfold. I'd love nothing more than 15 minutes with the General Manager & pick his ear about their current business plan. I truly think if some changes were mad this place has great potential.

The gym overall is great. The staff are great. The basketball court has been unusable for months due to the floor warping. Just a tip, if you keep fixing the floor in the winter months, you're going to have expansion when the heat and humidity come in the summer. Maybe fix it in the summer and leave some room next time! This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened. This message is directed at the corporate team not the local team.
