Staff made me give 5 star review and say something nice about the place to even start my 3-day pass. Will not be joining this club and will decide to go elsewhere.Club was filthy and the management/staff is very lazy.

Be alert with your belongings at this place. Today my husband had his locker broken Into, along with several others, and his debit card was taken between 11:30 and 1:30. ESPORTA was no help and would not do anything until WE made a police report! Beware!!!!! They want your membership money but not very helpful, especially when they said it’s happening often. 🤬

Come into town every so often for family and I love the facility and staff. Everyone was super helpful and Brandon sat with me and went over all the options for short term passes. Super helpful and great lifting environment!

Terrible gym. Very hot and dirty with bad staff who let anyone use the facility and end up with machines broken. Rusty and old machines always broken and smells awful. Very crowded

Just came by for a VIP pass this afternoon to try the club as I may be moving back to the Shorewood area from Omaha, BE. Doug was a great help at getting me acquainted with the club and sharing the excellent amenities. Really helped make a smooth experience. Looking forward to learning more about Esporta and its excellent experience for members

Gym membership just went up by another $10 per month through my health insurance, however their services remained the same. Apparently now they’re considered an Elite tier and no longer Core. Why would anyone pay more for the same quality of service? No thanks!!

Don't go to this gym. They closed their Oswego location (not my fault) then continued charging fees after cancelation. Upon dispute (multiple calls before reaching someone competent) they said they wouldn't keep charging going forward as if it was some sort of reward, but refused to issue refunds for 3 errant billing cycles. I even had backdated proof of cancelation and they still refused to refund. Going to file a dispute with my credit card company.
