The front desk was empty when we dropped in. The waiting time to be greeted was like 10 minutes without any other customers waiting in front of us. This could have been due to the on going activities, but this was also an indication of the under staff condition.The gym building felt like a tin house without a sufficient lighting. Therefore, the overall environment is a bit on the dim side. More windows may be helpful in this regard.The poor rating is given to the management of the company rather than the quality of class trainers, which I am sure would be great for the kids.

Been consistently great for classes, private instruction and birthday parties. The staff seems to really enjoy working with kids and keep it fun. Facility is pretty much exactly what you need although a few more comfy seating options for waiting parents would be nice. Popular so can feel crowded ... for Boulder.
