Very clean. They care about your experience. Very accommodating if you have a questions or concerns.Any excellent value for your money.

Great gym for the price. Not meant for your meat head but can get a workout.Has saunas and pool.Locker rooms usually are clean .Tanning and hydro massage are available too.Dislike that you can’t carry your bag around the gym and the dumbells don’t go past 100.

Worst day 1 gym experience of my life. The dude up front wouldn't even look at me. I had to literally say something to him to get his attention and there was nobody else at the desk. He got me signed up for a 7 day trial, thank god I didn't have to pay for it! Then proceeded to just point at everything instead of giving me a tour of the facility. I spent 30 mins trying to find the door to the pool area and when I did, my guest pass didn't even work. So I had to get redressed in the very uncomfortable locker rooms, where I swear every guy was staring at me and it made me extremely uncomfortable. I didn't know this was a mostly gay guy gym. Then I go back up to the counter for help, but at this point I just said this is no longer worth it, grabbed my stuffed, told the manager how horrible this gym is and left. Will not return to any Chuse locations ever again!

What I loved about Chuzewas the atmosphere andthe color scheme. It isbright and the interior canift up your mood to getyou really in the zonewhile working out. Theirexercise machines well-maintained. I also lovedthe hydromassage chairsand tanning booth. Theirbathrooms are clean andtheir lockers are digital soyou don't need to bring alock with you. Somelocations also have asmoothie bar and alounge area. Theemployees at the frontdesk are very friendly too.There are, however, somethings that I did not like,namely: you have to go upto the counter Everytimeyou want to use thehydromassage chairs. Atmy new gym, I have theability to scan my barcodeand do 2 10-min sessionseach day without havingto ask the front desk togive me 10 minutes on theclock. I was alsodisappointed when I wastold I will need to pay acancellation fee which Iwas not informed aboutwhen I first joined. I wastold there was no contractor lock in period, and nocancellation fees. Thething is, when I first joinedI had every intention ofstaying with them. Severalmonths later I actuallyadded my husband to mymembership. But then wemoved and it made moresense to switch to adifferent gym. So let's justsay I was okay with thecancellation fee for notfinishing the 6-monthcontract. Well, I wasactually with them formore than 6 months. Butas it turns out, me addingmy husband was basicallyresetting the lock inperiod. So when it wastime for me to switchgyms, I haven't reachedthe new 6-morequirement. Then I wasgiven the runaround by themanager. I had to speak toheadquarters whichentailed many back andforth emails but thankfullyended up in my favor. Itwas very frustrating. Andfor that, I will personallynot go back to Chuze.Facility-wise though,I willrecommend their gym.

I've been coming to chuze fitness since they opened their doors for the first time. I took a little break for a year and a half or so but I'm back. Everything is great about this place, the environment, the cinema, the pool, hydro massage, everything I love this place! Another part of chuze that I like are the employees, one member I'd like to point out in particular is Jake. Jake goes above and beyond to make members like myself feel welcome, he is warm, welcoming, extremely friendly and very social. Every time I see Jake, he either has a broom, mop or vacuum in his hand, he's always working! If Jake isn't working he's hitting the weights in the gym! Not only is Jake a great worker but in the short time I've been back to the gym, I've made a good friend in him and I'm very thankful for that. In a nutshell, I've been a member at many different gyms, none of them are going to have the environment or the employees as good as chuze fitness has. I plan to be here for many years to come, choose chuze, it's a good place for a positive reinforcement, for a good workout, to meet Good people and make new friends!

Friendly staff, great group classes and clean gym and equipment. Plus the fastest turnaround time for broken equipment I’ve seen at a gym.

Small gym and over crowded during peak hours. Most of the equipment is very well maintained and staff is very friendly. Biggest downside to gym is the amount of people that go there hopefully the gym can expand to accommodate
