After a couple years of cajoling from a friend, I finally signed up this Fall and started going twice per week. Connie has created a really positive community. It's immediately evident this is a friendly, inclusive culture. Everyone asked my name and struck up a conversation. Big range of ages and body types. Connie and Mike (the two coaches I've had) take their time to walk you through the moves and allow you to advance at your own pace (while encouraging you to level-up). After a month and a half, I did my first day of skiing. This is the first time I was able to do a top-to-bottom without a break and no lactic leg pain! Really enjoying this routine.

Such a great gym! The workouts are intense but manageable for all skill levels. The coaches are top notch, and the programming is perfect for building power and resilience in the uphill and downhill athlete. The people who come to this gym are warm and welcoming and have a great community here.
