Pushing the forefront of parkour community and culture, and a blast to get into for the first time as well, no better place to do so

Coaches are awesome, friendly staff, great spot to learn parkour and freerunning.

Apex movement is a community with staff that sincerely cares about the success of its athletes and the community on a larger scale. They are selfless with their service and share their knowledge. Their passion for parkour contributes to each persons goals; by effect, improves the quality of life to anyone who walks through the doors.

Great experience with the free class which encouraged us to sign up for a month. The staff is friendly and there's a nice area to sit in to watch everyone. I saw people older than me trying the class so I admire them.

Teachers are great and engaged, but this group doesn't know how to run a business. I need to watch every transaction and am constantly correcting mistakes on our account. A business manager and customer service rep are truly needed with Apex - but - my son loves it!

As noted by other reviewers, as a gym, this business is worthy- instructors are knowledgeable, engaged and good with the kids in our experience, and the facility itself is great- but the business end is still under construction so to speak. The front desk is altogether too casual, not always interested in customer service in either presentation or execution. I'm just talking about eye contact, greeting people who come in, having hard copies of schedules, taking a number and having someone get back to the interested client rather than saying "its all online-", no problem with the sport appropriate dress or multi-tasking as front end staff, just less than solid skills there in our experience. We would have gone elsewhere if there were an option based on the front end experience, both in person and in trying to call. It's hit or miss and oriented toward self-service rather than proactive customer service. I recognize this is "old-school" but you do lose customers with this approach. The schedule needs to be posted clearly, the desk needs to be manned/covered by a proactive, customer oriented employee, phones need an answering service or message box of some kind during off hours. This would be a 4 or 5 star review if it was strictly about the offerings of the gym itself- we recommend APEX and have let people looking know that they're there! Hope this is helpful to the management in developing the business.
