The instruction could not be better! I have never lifted weights before and I feel safe trying all of the different techniques because the coaches do such an excellent job of demonstrating each exercise and providing feedback as you do the exercises. Park and the team have created a welcoming, awesome environment!

This is a fantasy gym and extremely welcoming. You can tell the coaches care about the members and really take their time with you to make sure you understand the workout and are able to do the movements and if needed they can provide modifications. Fantastic and flexible schedule options if you want to work up to a full cross fit hour or just have 30 min in your day to work out.

On a recent two day trip to Boulder from NYC, I was fortunate enough to have found Crossfit ETB/Boulder Athletics at 3240 Pearl street! One of the coolest Crossfit drop in classes I've ever taken globally and with the cleanest facility too. The owner and coaches were all so friendly and created a warm and super fun workout experience! My only complaint is that I'm too far away geographically to drop in there all the time :-) Cannot recommend it enough! Thank you!!5 star #crossfit

Boulder Athelitics is awesome. I’ve been taking their classes for a year now and all the coaches are excellent. Park, Katie, Dillan, Emily are there to get you to perform at your best and they are always willing to help you modify any of the exercises to fit your needs. I feel strong and in a much better mood😁The 30 min boulder class is great for me, short, focused and tuff. They often have nutritional challenges to help with overall health. Very welcoming and encouraging community. Highly recommend it!!

I have been going to Boulder Athletics for almost a month now. I love it. The coaches are all amazing, facilities are spotless and the classes are challenging. I really like how they have different length classes. I did CrossFit about five years ago and was not totally comfortable diving back into the WODs. The 30 minute classes have been really helpful for relearning the basics and rebuilding my strength. If you are new or experienced with CrossFit, Boulder Athletics has it all. I highly recommended you go in and take a free class!

Normally, I don’t take the time to write reviews but Boulder Athletics deserves it. In a place like Boulder, you have a lot of great programs to choose from. There are a lot of athletes and incredible facilities. When I moved to Boulder four years ago I went to practically every gym to try them out. I landed on this one, and I was so happy to be able to work out with such an amazing crew. This is a new location for a long established Crossfit gym. The new location is beautiful and accessible. But by far what I like about this place is the community. The people are wonderful. There’s no “crossfit” attitude. People are humble and encouraging. Nothing is better than working out with a bunch of friends! Make no mistake though, regardless of your fitness level, the workouts will challenge you mentally and physically. You will see improvements in your overall ability and fitness. The coaches are wonderful and very knowledgeable. They know how to break everything down so that anyone can do the movements. They are able to help get beginners up to speed, and help challenge accomplished athletes. The workouts are crafted by Park Roberts and he does an amazing job. They are creative, dynamic, fun, and tough. I also love the 30 and 45 minute variations. In sum, I definitely recommend this place!!! If you’re looking for a new fitness home, give them a try!

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but it's important to me to share my experience at Boulder Athletics. This is an outstanding gym and an incredible community. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. They take the time to make sure that everyone feels comfortable and supported no matter their skill level. The people are also wonderful. The community is inclusive and fun.At the time I joined Boulder Athletics, my workout routine had become pretty stale. Joining this gym reinvigorated my love of fitness and got me into the best shape of my life. No matter your fitness level, these workouts will push you mentally and physically and the results are so rewarding. In Boulder, where there are no shortage of great gyms and fitness programs, Boulder Athletics stands out!
