I have been practicing Bikram Yoga for nearly eight years, many times a week, and at studios throughout the world. Boulder Bikram Yoga is one of the best studios out there. Radha and her sons Esok and J.J. are well known throughout the nation for the quality, dedication and innovation they have brought to the Yoga community during the past twenty years. We are blessed to have this amazing studio in our area and to practice and learn with the outstanding teachers offered in classes everyday.I got hooked on Bikram Yoga because I wanted a practice that was more challenging than the Plain Jane sessions served up by health clubs. I had been doing other styles of a Yoga for several years, but did not feel my practice was progressing or showing tangible results. Bikram Yoga changed all that with it’s no-nonsense 90-minute Beginner Yoga Class. From the very first few sessions, I noticed tangible and incremental progress day after day, and I still do, after over 2,000 classes!Don’t be intimidated by the hot room or the class length. Give it a try for a few sessions, and see what the practice can do for your own body and mind. You won’t find a better studio anywhere. And if you outgrow the “beginner” class, this is one of only a handful of studios in the country that offer regular intermediate and advanced classes to further challenge you and help you advance in your personal journey.

One of the first yoga bikram studios in town so skilled teacher in bikram but I experienced the studio as worn out and I would appreciate see it renovated including the (never had that before in a hot room) carpet...

This is the best Bikram studio I've ever been to. The Garcia family and all the instructors are incredibly helpful. I'm so grateful to be able to practice here.

This studio was recommended to me by another studio owner when I moved to Boulder 18 months ago. I was told this was one of the best Bikram studios in the country, and that has certainly been my experience here as well. The instructors are all simply fabulous; knowledgable, helpful and motivational. Also, this studio is one of the very few that offers the intermediate and advanced classes in addition to the basic Bikram beginner series. Radha and her team can take you as far as you want to go, and always with a smile and kindness. This studio is a true Boulder treasure.

I absolutely love this gem of a studio in Boulder. I moved here from SF where I was practicing at the Bikram Yoga College of India there so I thought I would try this here. Jackpot! If you're looking for authentic, safe, real deal Bikram this is your spot! This studio lives their practice. The intermediate and advanced classes are hot, fun and inviting. I ask plenty of questions and there is much in-depth training on technique and form provided. They truly invest in their students! My practice, and not to mention my health (!) has certainly improved in the short time I've been practicing here. I'm certain I'll be training with and following the retreat opportunities through Radha (the owner) and her team for years to come.

I have been to a lot of different bikram studios in my life and this is by far my favorite. From my perspective, the Garcia family is incredible and actually live the yogic life that they teach in the studio. Their dedication and love for the yoga shine through. The huge window with a view to the Front Range Foothills and padded floors are an added bonus! Come see for yourself :)

This is my favorite yoga studio bar-none!!! I fell in love with Bikram yoga after practicing Vinyasa yoga for a couple years. What I love about it: The heat improves stretching and reduces the chance of injury, it also makes me feel like I'm getting a way better workout. The consistency of Bikram allows me to learn and improve with a focus on correctness, whereas with Vinyasa its more of a willy-nilly move fast and do whatever series the teacher made up that morning w/o a focus on form and correctness. Bikram is intense but with resting in between most poses. You don't feel rushed to move to the next thing, you can explore the pose and work to improve. I find it much more meditative than Vinyasa for these reasons and a MUCH better workout physically. After practicing here for 3-4 years, my life has changed. Lower back pain is gone. Core strength is massively improved (from 'none' to 'more than most people'). Acne has cleared up. Massive improvement in sense of well-being (as long as I practice at least 1-2 times a week). Tummy flab gone.Self-confidence through the roof. It obviously takes a long time to change your life like that but if you plan on being alive in 3-4 years you should get started now.As for this studio, everyone is great, they teach almost entirely heated bikram classes so you can pretty much always find a time that works with your schedule. The teachers are very focused on form, so if you want to do your own thing and ignore the form, it might not be the place for you. If you want to get stronger and improve your practice, it is definitely the place for you.Edit: after looking at some of the other reviews, I think the above paragraph speaks for itself. If you want teachers who TEACH, come here. If you want someone to chant and sing and play groovy electronic tunes while letting you do whatever you want on the mat, there are better choices in Boulder.
