I have been to many CF gyms over the last decade. This one is the best. They pack a lot into an hour class, so it's a super efficient use of time. Everyone is so cool and genuinely welcoming. I regret not joining sooner.

I did a drop in class here while I was in town on business travel. Monique was a great coach, the facility is top notch, and everyone was incredibly welcoming and encouraging. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

Update 10/31/22: I am still a member and gym is getting better. Space was reorganized to accommodate new equipment. More classes are available due to growing athletes numbers :)Go BCF!I am one of the many members of the Boulder CrossFit. I am with this gym since 2018. It is a good place to get fit and find friends. Coaching staff is knowledgeable, friendly, very supportive and attentive. BCF has early morning, noon and evening classes. Gym / class capacity is limited. Walk-ins are allowed, but spot in class is not guaranteed. It is better to call upfront. Usually new participants have a free introductory week. Despite common misperceptions this program is for practically everybody. You come here not because you are great athlete (well, we have them among us!) but rather to get fit and maybe become an athlete. Groups of coworkers and/or friends, families are quite common here. Coaches will always adjust exercises for your abilities and will make sure you stay safe avoiding injuries. Come, try, join!
