I've Been a member at this location for two years and before that was a member to the Monaco location down south. I pay for the premium membership and it's a bummer that the Team Training isn't once offered in the evenings. It would be nice if they added a time slot once or twice a week for the evening for those of use who pay the most to be there. I'm considering going to the new VASA bc their class schedules have a better variety.

Have registration for classes but let people who didn't register into the classes. The classes are overpacked and are way over capacity. Wouldn't recommend this gym.

It’s very difficult for me to say anything good about this gym and it starts with the staff. I constantly get the feeling that the staff is there to hangout with their friends and not work.On several occasions I’ve tried to use a piece of equipment and had to wait an absurd amount of time because a staff member was having a conversation that I can only assume was life changing because it took so long.On another occasion I was asked not to have my bag with me (it’s a rule and I was wrong in this instance) but not five minutes later the same staff member that told me to put my bag in a locker had a conversation with a individual who had a bag so big that the airlines would have asked them to check it, the staff member had no problem with this bag being in the workout area.Additionally the staff constantly interrupts your workout when the gym is closing by yelling over the PA…I’ll say that again, they yell into a microphone that is attached to speakers. There is absolutely no need to yell into a device that magnifies your voice.Their professionalism is lacking and it shows on a daily basis. If I were the owner of this facility I’d be embarrassed of my employees and the way the conduct themselves.I suggest that the management team encourages their staff to take gym etiquette classes.
