The staff is always friendly and I always see them wiping down the equipment and vacuuming. This is one of the reasons I love working out here The locker rooms are kept orderly as well.

I love this place. They have everything I need. Been there so many times and still have not experienced it all. It's like a healthy amusement park. I like to think of my workouts like a meal. Cardio is like the Brussel Sprouts your mom used to make you eat as a kid, circuit and strength training are meat and potatoes, and dessert for me is the sauna. However, what Chuze has done is jazz up that hated vegetable part (cardio) and allow to watch movies while you do it! I went yesterday and ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes without complaint because I was engrossed in the movie. Top notch customer service. Smoothies taste like icecream. We have even dubbed our own smoothie king, Angeilo. He calls us his people. He knows our smoothie order without asking and serves it up to perfection every time! Max is another fav face to see. Always so welcoming and kind. He makes some killer smoothies too.

The staff is always very kind and helpful when we come in. From the front desk, to kids club, to the instructors, everyone I've worked with has made us feel welcome! The gym is always clean and well taken care of!

Pretty good gym. The staff are really friendly and it’s clean. Just wish they had some more machines like a standing back squat instead of the seated one.

Dry saunas are constantly closed or not hot enough. I have heard several other people mention the dry saunas are not hot enough. Steam room was closed on a Sunday morning. For the price of membership these are the simple things I would expect to be functional. It’s frustrating to look forward to the dry sauna after a good workout and not be able to enjoy it. This has been the case for the past 6 months at least. I will not be renewing my membership.

The owner thinks you are "reaping the benefits of sauna" while it's max temp is 140°. I recommend looking into the science of sauna before accepting this statement. Look elsewhere for a decent sauna
