Does this gym provide punch passes in addition to day passes?

I cannot say enough good things about this gym. Going to or starting a new activity can be intimidating but the staff here are absolutely incredible and make you feel so welcome. The routes are awesome, autobelay is amazing so you can climb solo and the facility is perfect and clean. We had our sons 7th birthday party here and it was absolute perfection. They have a party room next to a corner of the gym and we got the entire corner to ourselves for the kids to climb their hearts out. The 2 staff that helped belay were so patient and kind and helped the kids climb any route they wanted. 100% will be back and would recommend this place to everyone!

At the start of the pandemic (when I believe it first opened), the gym closed and gave us the option to void membership, pay $11 or $12 month and not cancel to help their business and/or defer payment (I can't recall).I decided to help them out by paying a small fee monthly as I know how keeping a new business alive can be difficult.I cancelled the payments after 2 years and thought it was completed. Fast-forward 1 year later after that, I get a collection call and immediately notified G1. Nicole Jolyn claims that she notified me but I never got an email. I explained to her that I've never set foot in the gym since the pandemic and just kept these payments active to help G1 out. There was no budging, empathy or anything. It was a very detached and corporate response.Anyway, I paid the measly $55 balance that they sent me to collections for in order to avoid a larger headache. I'll never leave my credit card on file with a company again. Thanks G1. You're the greatest (thumbs way down).

Punch passes expire. I used 1/10 and they then voided the remaining 9. And for what purpose?

Decent facility, well maintained, but we did not have a very good experience. Visited with myself and two little kids. Called ahead and were told they had 4 auto belay devices. Fewer than other places we go, but figured we would try it anyway. From my point of view, there were only 3 devices. The fourth was setup with a speed climbing course that was of no use to us. It would not have been so bad if I could have acted as a belayer for my kids. However, I failed their belay test. I understand the need for safety, but I've been climbing for over 20 years and have never failed a belay test anywhere. So there we were, $100 in and we were only able to use three ropes out of the several dozen they had available. I don't see us going back.

Super clean gym, very friendly staff. Bouldering area is a bit on the small side but still plenty of options. I look forward to coming back to top rope.
