I LOVE Kondition! I love this studio so much that sometime I go there twice a day! They have lots of different classes abd I am sure you can find ones suit you. They have great outdoor patio so those who are not ready to work out indoor, this is the place for you.

I absolutely LOVE this gym! It's perfect and I never get bored. From spin class to boxing MELT class - and yoga and strength. It has everything you need tied together in one place. And, the people are so kind and positive. You'll learn to love the gym again. I have. Thank you, Kondition! :)

Some positives, some negatives, ultimately not for me.Having come from an awesome boutique fitness studio out of state, I was excited to see that boulder had something similar to offer. I’m all about paying a slightly higher membership fee to have all my favorite classes in one place with nice facilities. Unfortunately after doing their new member week trial I felt that Kondition fell short of the mark for me.Their facilities are nice, but it’s important to know that they don’t have any open gym area- this studio only offers classes. In a weeks time I took a healthy sampling of many of those classes, though I didn’t try them all.Typically my two favorite workouts are boxing and spin. While Kondition offers a boxing class, it’s not included in their typical membership fees. The class itself is divided into strength and boxing, which makes sense given the layout of the room. Though the class has a fast pace which I like as it keeps the heart rate up, the downside of this split classroom is the instructors attention is divided, so you get a brief overview of what the round will be but no attention is paid to boxing form or technique. If you were new to boxing you would likely be completely lost, and even as someone who has boxed before the patterns are somewhat complex and force you to slow down and think more as opposed to getting more hits in for a harder workout. The whole ‘intention setting/mind fullness’ angle is a second thought at best. That’s fine, but maybe don’t market it so much as part of the class. The one morning spin class I took was honestly a big let down. The whole class was uninspired, and though I like the bikes used, there’s no way to track progress on the app or see results, and the instructor and style wasn’t very motivating. The boxing despite its shortcomings I would do again but I definitely wouldn’t do a spin class there again. As for the other classes I tried- the yin class was basically an hour of rolling on tenis balls and stretching which I already do at home, the Kondition class was ok, but I was hoping for more cardio and less weights, and the dance class was only half dance and half weights, which, If I wanted weights I’d have gone to a strength training class. All that aside, the biggest pain point for me was that despite their high membership costs, they still try to nickel and dime you at every opportunity, charging you to borrow things like yoga mats and boxing gloves and spin shoes. They don’t even have cages on the bike so you can choose if you want to rent the shoes or not. Again, I don’t mind paying the high monthly membership price, but if I do, I except the gym to provide the equipment. That’s my 2 cents, by all means still worth the one week trial to find out if it’s for you.

I LOVE Kondition. I was a D1 athlete. When I started I was focused on my real estate career and had totally stopped taking care of my body. I have been going every day and they are just the kindest, most inspiring, wonderful team of people - from the front desk, to the owner Emma, to the trainers and the other members. My body and my heart has been transformed. Everyone is amazing and I love it so much. Thank you Kondition!

Amazing gym! The cycling class was fun and worth the time. Great locker rooms, super clean. Retail area has nice options. Can’t wait to try yoga and a barre or HIIT class.Follow up to my original review: (7/28/20)I recently took a morning boot camp style class, which is similar to the Konditioner and Strength classes they offer at KONDITION. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the addition of cardio, strength and flexibility had a huge impact on not only my health and body, but I saw major improvement to my golf game. With little change other than taking this class, I've shaved about 5 strokes off my game! Worth every penny!

I LOVE THIS GYM!I get bored super easily with workouts, so I get tired of studios that only offer a few types of classes. Kondition has the variety I need to keep me motivated. It is also a beautiful space, very clean, and the locker room is awesome! My favorite aspect of Kondition is that their classes aren’t your typical spin/yoga/strength classes you’d find anywhere else. They put their own spin to each workout and make them unique. And the music for the cycling classes is LOUD and perfect to keep me going.I can’t say enough good things!

What a unique gym concept! I love how there are different workout styles all housed under one (gorgeous!) roof and available with one membership. No more class pass, extra costs, and schedule mayhem trying to get a variety of workouts from a bunch of different places. The front-desk staff and owners were so friendly and warm, and the space itself is absolutely stunning. The locker rooms and bathrooms are pristine. I took a barre-style class and the teacher was fun, knowledgable, and encouraging. I highly recommend Kondition. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often!

Had a great time at the workout class I attended, however, the music was a bit loud and it would be great if they saved your stats from the cycling computer for you

Simply put, Kondition is the best workout facility that I have ever been to. Their classes and instructors, like Jess Hall (a human ball of energy), are top notch. Their facilities are unparalleled. Hats off to Kondition.
