Orange Theory workouts are the most fun I've had at the gym in a really long time. Always challenging - but not in an overly intimidating way, super lively, well-coached and never boring. I'm in much better shape than when I was working out on my own and I always feel better when I'm done with a class.

I'm actively allergic to hyped-up chain group fitness places (probably due to my own ridiculous idealism and experience with crossfit and the like). Orange Theory totally doesn't trigger that aversion, and is one of the best workouts I've had, in an incredibly welcoming environment. I'm super happy to have found this this place, and already feel a LOT more in shape after just a few weeks! The trainers here are very helpful and inspiring.
