See Lao for massage; start with 25min you can’t go wrong! He has such a comprehensive understanding of how muscles & nerves work together it feels as if your under a doctors care. He has the ability to relax you while also resolving complex tension issues. After 15+ years of jaw tension Lao has offered me hope, that you can feel better. The people I care about most are gifted a visit to see him!

Lao Kemper is a miracle worker. Absolutely lucky to have him as part of my care team, and I always learn more about life and the human body each session. Knowledgeable doesn't even begin to describe how in tune and intuitive Lao is with his care. I would send anyone to him with no hesitation so long as there is still room for me on his schedule!

Lao Kemper's knowledge of biomechanics and sports performance-related injury patterns ensures that every massage session tackles the root cause of the issue at hand. Whether I'm experiencing a muscular injury that won't seem to dissipate or simply want a tune-up, Lao is my go-to massage therapist. He is an unparalleled practitioner and caregiver, always happy to pass on his knowledge so that you not only leave his table feeling better but also more informed. Quite simply, he's the best.

Lao is an excellent massage therapist! His knowledge of anatomy, the workings of the body and pain management set him far above most others in his field. He is respectful, thoughtful in his approach and a great listener. I always feel better physically and mentally leaving his office!

I have been working with Lao for 6 months now and I can honestly say it has been one of the best decisions i could do for my health, my life. He works WITH you to create a plan and approach that helps you reach your goals - mine was to reduce pain originally but now he has been so successful we are moving on to mobility and other elements. Every session is game changing in terms of the impact is has on how I feel in my body - my posture, mobility and pain are all incredibly improved... I cannot recommend him enough.

Lao has been amazing. I've struggled with shoulder and neck pain for a while and Lao's treatment has been amazing and effective. Lao takes the time to understand what's really going on and then focus on the most important aspects of treatment and healing. In addition to treatment, we've been able to discuss long term health for the shoulder and neck. Lao is also a fun and engaging person to get to engage with. I highly recommend Lao as a very talented practitioner, engaged caregiver and all around good human.

Not only does Revo provide top notch physical therapy, but I have been regularly seeing Jess (Broderick) West for personal training and I cannot speak highly enough of her work. She keeps a laser focus on my stated goals, whether it is to injury-proof myself, prepare for cycling events or improve body composition. She works holistically and with a high degree of emotional intelligence to fit my program within my overall training schedule and advises on the details it takes to get the most out of her programming. I feel MUCH more durable than when I started, but when an unavoidable injury crops up, Jess knows what how to walk the line to keep other things going while promoting recovery. Shout out to Matt for loosening up my neck with his fabulous dry-needling. This place is the full package!

Life changing! No joke. I'm an ultra runner and I had been dealing with ongoing big toe pain for about 2.5 years. Partially sesamoiditis, potentially sesamoid microfractures that never properly healed, and some severe turf toe symptoms that were never fully diagnosed. Let me tell you all the things I tried: Months off from running multiple times, two podiatrists, wore a boot for a month, saw a Registered Dietician to improve nutrition to help with injury prevention, experimented with different insoles and shoes, two physical therapists, strength training, two gait analyses (one at a running store and one with a PT), and probably even more that I can't remember right now.I had accepted that I would just live my entire life with toe pain. I couldn't do things like lunges or planks. I ran trails slowly to avoid stepping on rocks the wrong way. I avoided walking around my own home barefoot. In a last ditch effort, I decided to spend some money and try out REVO after hearing the reviews. I saw Nicole Wildermuth for a high tech gait and movement analysis, knowing that the root cause of the pain was likely something with my gait. After my appointment my goals were to work on forward trunk lean, ankle mobility, and glute activation.Turns out it was well worth the money. I haven't had a bad flare up in 3 entire months literally since the day I saw Nicole. And I can do lunges & planks (with supportive shoes) and step on rocks! I might have a little further to go before my toe situation is 100% resolved, but never in a million years did I think I'd ever get to this point. Not to mention, my one session at REVO has also helped me move toward some big goals. My running speed increased and I PRed my marathon time by about 40 minutes. Next time I'm going to attempt a Boston qualifying time! I have been considering trying my first 100-miler for a long time, but the persistent toe pain had me on the fence about it. Now that I feel confident that it can hold up for 100 miles, I think I'm gonna go for it. :DSeriously, THANK YOU SO MUCH!
