This is the best place to get in shape and stay in shape. I can get in, have fun, sweat, and get out! The accountability is built into the system with regular reminders and reports of your progress. Highly recommend!

Stride is great! The coaches are motivating and have helped me to improve my form. I love that the workouts are customizable to any skill level. I appreciate the block format of most combo classes as it makes me focus on only that section instead of on how much time is left in the workout.

Stride is the bomb! What a fun workout! I'm too clumsy to run outside so this is the perfect setting for me. You can sprint, walk, or anything in between! The coaches are friendly and encouraging. It is so amazing to be able to track your progress as well and notice that you are getting faster and running longer. They have tread only classes, and also others that combine treadmill work with resistance training. My favorite is the tread/core class. Check out Stride!

Stride has been the missing piece in my training. I have historically done strength/HIIT classes and outdoor running, but have never been able to focus so well on my speed work. These treads are super lux, and the coaches know their stuff! With their help, I've started to tune into my body better and am perfecting my running form/posture. In only four weeks I can already feel improvements to my functional threshold and am really excited to see how far I can progress. The whole crew here is also an absolute blast to be around!

I wanted to have my workouts on automatic, that is, show up, get my heart rate up, get the resistance piece taken care of (I hate weightlifting), and see some improvement in my overall fitness levels. I considered OT because I like the one hour concept of getting in, getting out, and feeling amazing for the rest of the day. I do not, however, care for the rowers, which is what brought me to Stride Boulder. First of all, these treadmills are like running on a cloud. They make you want to go faster! I have serious issues with plantear fasciitis and I can tell you that with walking I still get an amazing workout here! In just three weeks I see myself getting faster and fitter. The resistance piece is always changing so you never get bored. It’s amazing to me the variety of cardio routines that they’ve come up with. Plus, everyone here is super friendly and low key. Do yourself a favor and check out Stride.

It's a great place to connect, get a work out in, and feel motivated. For those who don't like running outside but want to get a good total body HIIT. The COMBO classes are my favorite and they offer a variety of classes at a variety of different times so it makes it convenient to fit around your schedule. :)

I received a free class at Stride and joined the same day …. I am not a runner but I’m now obsessed with power walking on high inclines which is a ‘killer’ workout … I love the different classes and combo workouts and I’ve already seen results … this studio is immaculately clean with a terrific retail corner … and Verity (owner) and all the instructors are all so warm and welcoming and I love all the fun events they host! There are no egos here … it’s all about helping you move your body in a fun and supportive environment … Stride is now a staple in my workout routine 💕💕💕

I'm not usually fan of running or treadmills, but I am a fan of Stride! The workouts really are suitable for all levels because you can modify it however you need to by choosing your own speed, incline, or weights. The coaches are very encouraging and it's a positive and welcoming environment. If you're not a "runner", don't be afraid to come try a class! You'll get an awesome workout and you might even have some fun while doing it!

Stride is awesome! I have taken classes with Verity, Sarah, and Kim and they rock. Great way to get a good workout in and supplement my running program. Also the treadmills are amazing! Highly recommend checking out a class here.
