Enjoy this gym. It is very clean. Has a wide range of equipment. The coaches are very encouraging and help push and guide you to your fitness goals. This is possible because of the smaller class size. The gym members are fun, have positive attitudes, and are motivating to work out with and next too! Check this gym out.

I've now been working out at Bella Strength for 2+ months and am loving it! Jon, Karen and the team have figured out a way to connect great instruction with an intense workout all while keeping a very relaxed atmosphere. All of the coaches are approachable, always there to answer questions and always seem to be having fun. I actually enjoy going to the gym again:)

Came to Bella Strength feeling like it was finally time to add some strength training into my routine. Bella makes lifting so approachable and fun and is a workout I look forward to going to every day. They catered to my friend and I wanting to workout together and Helped us both work through injuries from running. Bella is a gym that feels like home! The best part is that now I feel comfortable working out in any gym I find myself in. I cant say enough good things about Bella Strength, all the trainers who work there, their programming style, and the awesome community they build!!!

The coaches at Bella Strength are full of knowledge and are there to keep you injury free! They are compassionate and interested in what you want to accomplish. They also host many workshops (many times open to the public and not just their members) to help educate the public and increase awareness on various topics . I highly recommend this gym...and it is more than just a gym! Its a supportive family!

Bella Strength is definitely one of the best studios I have ever been to! The environment is super high energy and welcoming. The instructors not only provide good workouts, but they also really place their focus on your form as an individual. I've been able to walk away from both classes I've attended with so many new tips and tricks to workout effectively.

I have been a member and client of Bella Strength since 2018. It was the first time I sought out personal training. My trainer (Jena) assessed my strengths and weaknesses and then came up with a individualized plan for me. The entire coaching staff is attentive, kind and has a wealth of knowledge in this field. With the help of Jena, I was able to come back from an injury feeling stronger and confident in my movement patterns. With them adding 24/7 gym access to their membership options- this gym really is one of a kind. If you prioritize your fitness, or just want a change of pace- I highly recommended checking out Bella Strength.

I have been working out at Bella Strength since December 2018. I started because I was tired of creating my own weight workouts and also felt like I needed some personal training sessions to work on my form for various exercises. The staff here is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I have spent most of my time personal training with Dom who is a fabulous personal trainer. She motivates and pushes me without being too extreme. I also really love the Bella Strength facility. The equipment is top notch and it’s a no-nonsense facility where I can go in and do my workout and not be waiting around for a squat rack like I was at my previous gym. My husband goes here too and has had a very positive experience as well. We are both so happy to have found our new fitness home.

I have been to many gyms and I’ve worked with many trainers. I can say with absolute certainty that Bella Strength is among the best. The gym is always clean, the equipment is state-of-the-art, and there is a more than ample selection of dumbbells, bar bells, kettlebells, weight plates, etc. The group classes are challenging, uplifting, and innovative. The best feature of this gym, however, is the people. The trainers are incredible. They make you feel welcome, they care about your goals, they motivate you to keep going and they make it fun! You will never feel invisible at Bella. Even in a group class of 20 people, you will receive one-on-one attention. Do yourself a favor and check out Bella Strength. You will not regret it!

Bella Strength is by far the best gym I've ever been to. It offers a personalized experience where the coaches know you and your individual goals and injuries or mobility limitations, with the fun of a group ex environment. Everyone is laid back and friendly, but also serious about proper technique. I'm constantly being challenged and learning something new. After 6 months at Bella, I am stronger than I have ever been.
