I recently completed Amana's 200-hour yoga teacher training, and the experience was nothing short of comprehensive, life-shifting, and deepening. After years in the medical and fitness worlds, this training not only made me a proficient instructor by the end, it also brought out my vision, my passion for helping others find more presence and body awareness, and my true voice in the world in service of others. From asanas and intentional goal-setting, to ways of being and the business of yoga, this training has it all. For anyone looking to teach yoga, deepen their own practice, or simply embark in guided self-discovery, I highly recommend Amana yoga for a committed and deeply personal process of growth and transformation.

Tod is an incredible instructor. His style is very therapeutic and with many opportunities to challenge yourself, an awesome power yoga class. If I lived in the area I would take his classes regularly. Very clean and nice studio! Not too big

Amana is the first yoga studio I actually paid to be a member at. Usually I just jump around to different studios, practice at home, and go to Lululemon's free classes. It took just a few visits to realize that I really loved the classes, the people, and the environment at Amana. The only reason I don't go here anymore is because I moved away. I have been to a few other Boulder studios and none is quite like this. Alia has created a special space and I hope I get a chance to go back!

This is a warm and inviting yoga studio. I was able to take a Maitri-Vinyasa class with Danielle and it was exactly what I was looking for. Danielle gave great instruction and was able to help each student with their individual needs. I hope to come back again!

Amana Yoga Studio is beautiful and cozy. I love the variety of classes they offer and the teachers are all really caring and warm.Amana is not the type of Yoga studio you're in and out of it for a quick workout, it's more of a nurturing spiritual environment and there's this family feeling that I love.Really recommend it if you're looking to dive more into a Restorative/Yin type of practice.

Amana has made it a great experience getting back into yoga more regularly! It's a small studio that is intimate and inviting without being intimidating. There are a number of different styles to practice, and many options that accommodate work schedules (daily classed before work, during lunch, and after!). Alia and her team are always open to feedback, and generally just very welcoming to both members and to drop-ins. I've loved this studio, and I always look forward to class!

Amana is such a great little yoga studio right in the heart of downtown. It's a lovely, low-key space; I've taken classes with 3-4 different teachers in the past several weeks and all were very competent and ran great classes that were very unique to their style. Additionally, they offer classes at all different times of the day (and at lunch every day) so it's easy to find something that fits your schedule. Highly recommended!
