Such a lovely studio, I felt welcome from the moment I walked in. The instructor was great - very warm and positive energy, and the class was creative, balanced, and well timed. I definitely recommend!

I lived practicing here. They have hot and unheated classes. Level 2 are not that hard actually, especially in the morning. Big variety of classes all day long. They rent a mat for 5$. Bring your towels + water bottle. Showers are great.

Great Yoga studio, welcomed me when the Westminster studio closed after Covid, even honoring their punch card. The place is clean, friendly and all great instructors. All worth the drive for me.

After 6 years of YogaPod, I’m faster running Mount Sanitas then when I played lacrosse here at CU over 20 years ago. This place CAN change your life, if you let it. I’m healthier, happier, and surrounded by loving, compassionate people who challenge me to be better Tommy. Participate authentically and this group of weirdos will become your family. Just show up, for your life. YogaPod has changed my life for the better, and Gerry and Nicole lead with love. Love is real, not fade away. ✌🏼

I attend classes around four times a week at the Yoga Pod's central and south Boulder locations. The studios are clean, bright, peaceful, and very welcoming to people of all ages, abilities, and sizes, and I've honestly never had a teacher I didn't like. Their variety of classes and the number of options each day motivated me to try yoga styles I hadn't done before and ended up really enjoying. Like any other activity, what you get out of it depends a lot on what you put into it, but I'm in my early 50s and my body honestly feels better than in my 20s thanks in large part to practicing regularly at the Yoga Pod!

Sad to go, as I will miss Derise's classes. She is an excellent instructor. However, this studio and membership has increased prices one month, and then stopped cross regional visits from the Boulder and Golden studios. You pay more and get less. Yes, businesses change, but something that is supposed to be a "constant," like a yoga community, should not change this drastically.

I would describe yoga pod as “pop yoga lite”. Most of the sequences in their Flow 2 classes are fairly basic and uninspired. Although most of the teachers say they “love giving adjustments” they rarely do anything to adjust student’s poses. The nail in the coffin for me is when they made 70% of their flow 2 classes at the south Boulder studio heated. On the other hand, there are some really good teachers there (shout out Brie, Lisa, Heather, and Lauren L.) and their zoom classes are really convenient when you can’t leave the house. But at the end of the day, for me, the good didn’t outweigh the bad.

Great yoga instructors & diverse classes. I appreciate that each class is unique and there's no repeats. It's also super helpful that all classes are on zoom. As someone who doesn't like warm or hot yoga, I can practice at home at whatever temperature I want. Thank you, Yoga Pod! Please keep doing what you're doing!
