I love this gym. As someone mentioned, it’s a literal playground for power lifters. It’s an extremely positive, supportive, motivational community. I wouldn’t trade this place for anything.

Great gym, great atmosphere, great people. I just started powerlifting about a year and a half ago and I couldn't ask for a better place to train. It's got everything I need!

Make sure to read reviews from within the last 2 years. BBC moved locations and renovated/got brand new equipment recently. The gym specializes in powerlifting. Worth a try!

I love this gym. Best powerlifting gym in the Palm Beach County area. Everyone is helpful and the environment is friendly and encouraging. It has all the weights you need for whatever style of lifting you prefer and its open 24/7 for those late nights or early mornings.

The best gym in Boynton, owner takes care of the gym and is always looking for upgrades to invest in the members. The equipment is great, especially the new rogue combo racks

One of the cleanest/nicest gyms in the area! It’s super affordable, they have all kinds of classes and the best friendliest staff. Honestly have never had a bad experience & I’ve been going here for a while.

Are you picking up what I'm putting down? A great gym if you want to lift in peace without all the nonsense you get from the big gyms. Took me a minute to figure out how to use equipment, but I asked staff and they were super helpful. It's main focus is on powerlifting, but any lifting routine can be done here. This gyms got it where it counts. 24 hours, code entry is WONDERFUL. Not a thousand mirrors everywhere. No peacocks, just people of all shapes and sizes looking to lift some weights. They also offer personal training at a reasonable rate, but they don't push it on you. New location is great and very accessible.Update: I've been going for a while now and it's only gotten better. The gym is making improvements and adding new equipment. It's the best gym I've ever been to because of the people and community.

sick gym for powerlifters. no mirrors and minimal cardio equipment. i think they have a bike and a rower. racks and benches a plenty. reverse hyperextension which is hard to find. 24/7 access is great. rubber platforms for olympic lifts tho i’m not sure what the policy is on that. come here if you’re serious about getting stronger
