Cancelled my service and they confirmed I will no longer be charged1) Called and they stated I was accidentally charged and they are refunding me2) Refunded me and was charged again3) Called again and they stated the last rep did not check off autopayments and I was accidentally charged. That they will refund my charge4) Waited 10 days and was never refundedDisputing the charge now. No time to continuously call.

Cozy gym with a great vibe and everyone is very nice and friendly.I’ve been training with David for couple of years. Besides being a great trainer, he’s a very nice person.Would highly recommend it!

I’ve been a member of many gyms in South Florida and this one has been BY FAR AND AWAY my favorite.I actually went to another gym down the street for a few months because it has better reviews, but the zoo is awesome - it’s never super crowded, the people who go there are for the large part chill and friendly, and everyone who works there has been nice and helpful.10/10

My gym. Period. I love it here! The staff is great and it’s always clean. I love that it’s close to my house and has really reasonable rates. I won’t be switching anytime soon!

Zoo Elite is outstanding.Always clean and well organized.Not crowded.Great equipment.Trainers David and Danielle have improved my fitness immensely.I highly recommend.

Awesome gym. Their staff is both supportive and non judgmental. Recently, I had the option for a free membership just few miles away. But, it was a no brainer. Renewed my membership without a second thought. The Zoo is clean, fun and friendly. Been a member for years and love this place.
