The facility is very well maintained and thoroughly cleaned!! I truly enjoy the one-on-one training and the trainers are extremely encouraging, challenging, and knowledgeable! I HIGHLY recommend Elite Training Tulsa! I have never felt better!

I have been at this gym for several years. I appreciate that the trainers routinely wipe down the equipment. The gym and restrooms are always clean. I also appreciate the knowledge of the trainers to work all muscle groups to keep the body in balance. Very important. If a person is willing to put in the work, this gym can help you reach your fitness goals.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I made a bad investment the second I signed my contract and paid a car note each month to this gym. Best part about this experience was getting to meet and work with the trainer Anna. I will share my experience over the past 4 months-For being at least triple the amount of other gyms who can offer one on one training, you are not able to use the facility outside of your scheduled sessions. So, if you are looking to do some workouts on your own you still have to pay to be apart of a different gym. They advertise that the 1st week is free, I only got one day and had to sign on. There were never any anthropometric measurements taken, and I was weighed once in the beginning and never again. How can they track my weight loss if there are no measurements taken?Nutrition- I was told I would get a comprehensive meal plan and what I received was a ONE DAY PLAN- three of the meals were specialty shakes with powder that you couldn't just buy at Walmart. I asked to meet with my trainer to review and expand the plan to something more sustainable over the next 6 months. With the rudest body language, he asked "why do you think you're better than anyone else? tell me why you can't eat the same thing everyday!" and did this repeatedly, speaking over me until I could no longer be nice about it and we began to literally yell at each other. I have never left a gym crying or feeling less than- that is the opposite of what a gym should make you feel. Prior to this, this trainer was so rude to me one morning that I felt the need to ask if I had done something wrong... I do not know how this person is still employed there.The owner's response to this trainer's behavior was "well, some people can handle him and some people can't"... WOW! In an effort to not have to pay the early termination fee, and not to completely waste my money, I agreed to begin with a new trainer. I still had to see the 1st trainer in the gym regularly as I trained which made me very uncomfortable.I was then placed with Anna who was GREAT, but our schedules could never align properly to meet for our sessions consistently. I built up so many "roll over" sessions, that essentially had an entire extra month of workouts with her if I chose to.Unexpectedly, a family member's health declined which pulled me out of state more frequently, and then I had a health scare which placed me in the hospital for some days. The owner in my 4th month agreed to cut me loose without charge and that was the nicest thing he could have done for me as even with all my rollover sessions accumulated for me to use- I will never return to this gym.

Before I came to Elite Training, I hadn’t lifted weights in over 30 years. I knew I should be taking better care of myself both in diet and exercise so I made a commitment to Elite Training and my trainer Jacob to create accountability for myself and allow my new diet and exercise routine to become a lifestyle change. It’s been almost 3.5 months now and I feel better than I have in years. I’ve finished my “cutting” phase (eating at a slight caloric deficit for fat loss) as I’ve lost a little over 24 lbs and I’m starting to get some muscle definition for my old age. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with Jacob through the next phase where he helps me build more strength and muscle.

I have been going to Elite Fitness since the end of October. I train with Haze Wilson. Haze is very patient, uplifting, supportive, and he motivates me to work hard and do my best he is one of the best trainers I have ever worked with. Since October, I have lost 17 pounds and I have also changed my eating habits which is very crucial to weight loss. I attend 3 days a week with Haze and I leave every session with such a positive attitude and my energy level is high and I look forward to class every day that I go. You will not be disappointed if you decide to join his class! The first 3 classes are free and I decided after my first class I wanted to join which I did.
