In January I made the decision to improve my overall health, tackle some unwanted weight, and get in shape. After trying different diets and various exercise programs in the past, I decided to give personal training a try. Elite has a great facility with great staff. Robert is my trainer and I have really enjoyed working with him. He pushes me to work hard and is always available – even outside of the training sessions. So far I am really happy I chose Elite!

I started training at Elite in January and after one month of working out I already feel stronger. Robert is a great trainer, he is organized and always on time. The workouts he creates are tough but there is always plenty of variety and they are never boring. Robert is a great teacher when it comes to the exercises and also provides guidance on nutrition and dieting strategies. Overall the facility is great and the staff here are all very professional.

I’ve been working out here about six months. My trainer, Nathan, is encouraging and friendly. In my experience, the trainers are all flexibility and will work with and encourage all experience levels. When I started, I had a knee issue to work around. From my in-take session, they’ve all be helpful with showing me how to strengthen the knee and modify exercises when needed. I would highly recommend!

Elite training is a great place to get a great workout in. The communication with the trainers is great and I always leave feeling like I got a great workout with the 30 minute sessions. The facility is great and I would recommend them to anyone. I just recently started working with Rachel, but she has been awesome to work with. It's a great environment.

I made a conscious decision one day to improve my health, and I knew that I would need assistance with that for accountability, if nothing else. In addition, I had lower back issues. Notice I said “had”.My search led me to to several different places, and Elite Training stood out above the rest, so I went for it. I met Michael, the Manager, told him what I wanted as far as results, and off I went! Very easy, no pressure environment, and Michael is a true professional. The best part is the Trainer he assigned me, Elissa Kennedy. Very professional, knowledgeable trainer who is an absolute blast to work out with. She pushes me to my limit without fail, every workout, and I reach my potential during every training session. And she does it safely, as I’m sure all the other Trainers at Elite do. I’m a month in, looking better, feeling awesome, and counting the minutes to my next workout, and the back issues are nonexistent! Elite Training is, in my opinion, the ONLY place to go! Try it out yourself, and I’m sure you’ll agree!

I wanted to get in better shape and have more energy, but even though I had a gym membership, I rarely used it. I had heard about Elite Fitness training and knew they had a good reputation, but wasn't really sure what to expect. It's been a great experience. My wife and I train together, so that's really nice to have that extra time together. Adam is our trainer, and he is super attentive to our needs and adapts the exercises to each of our needs. We're on a 6 month training program, and it's obvious that our bodies are transforming. I'm eating better, feeling stronger, and have more energy throughout the day. Elite Training has been very professional, easy to work with, and demonstrated tons of expertise.

I had a DXA scan today that revealed that five months of training at Elite Fitness has helped me drop 12 lbs with a 4.5% percent reduction in body fat and no change in lean muscle. Whitney and his training crew have worked around prior injuries and current issues that I enjoy as a result of getting older, and have consistently been encouraging and energetic in their efforts to assist me with my goals. I would highly recommend Elite Fitness to anyone regardless of their current fitness level.

I have been training at Elite Training since May 2018. I have really appreciated the flexibility of my trainer Nathan. I travel a lot with work and I don’t always get to train my 3 days during the week. When I do get to train the workouts are worth every penny. I never walk out of the gym feeling like I didn’t accomplish something. Also, the other staff members that I have met with have been great!

My experience at Elite Training has been great. My trainer is Courtney and I love her! She pushes me just the right amount so that I’m getting my best workout. I’ve been seeing her for a little over two months and I already feel a huge difference in how strong I am!

The atmosphere has been a very positive experience for me. I recommend my trainer, Jason Fountain who is not only a beast as an experienced certified Personal Trainer, he also has become a close friend in my journey to fitness, helping me to understand that health and fitness are more than gym exercises but to include nutrition, rest, and a balanced lifestyle. Jason encourages me to keep grinding and pushes me past my limits that have always kept me from making progress in the past. With Jason's guidance at Elite Training it takes the guesswork out of the diet and exercise, and I recommend him to anyone who wants to make real progress in their overall health and fitness goals.
