Starting to doubt my confidence in their maintenance department. Cable machine was broken for six week, fixed and now another one is broken. Clock has been broken since time change back in March.

Hands down the best planet fitness I've visited. I've always been a fan of their gyms, but this one in particular is always clean and well maintained. Along with an amazing staff that's always friendly and upbeat. The main guy I see whenever I go I believe is named Ryan, and he's always willing to help with any questions or requests. Truly helps tie together the great atmosphere.

Gym is what you would expect in terms of a Planet Fitness. If you are looking to do the Total Body Enhancement (Red Light Therapy) at this particular location, don’t bother. The bulbs have not been maintained and are WHITE not red, which defeats the purpose.

overall i like the gym and the benefits, but I Me and my friends had a HORRIBLE experience with a front desk lady named liz she was saying very rude stuff about us to her co workers and we overheard it. And this has happened multiple times now and we are Very FED UP and going to cancel our membership because this is not a "judgement free zone" if the employees are the ones making it difficult to be there without making you feel insecure.

Went in on 3/5/2023 to stop the renewal of my 12 month commitment on my membership. The gal behind the desk canceled my membership charged me 58.00 for early cancelation fee. when i said that's not what i wanted she just fumbled on her words and said she cant fix it. Called on3/6/23 to speak with Ryan the manager per the gal on 3/5's suggestion. Asked is he was available i was told yes, she asked what the issue was, told her, turned out to be the same person as 3/5. All of a sudden Ryan wasnt available, i relied with you just said he was. She then said 1 moment please. came back after 30 seconds and said Ryan said there is nothing he can do and you just have to deal with it. If this is the service you provide people this place needs to be shut down. Your employee made an error and it should be taken care of, its not my issue to have to pay 58.00 dollars due to incompetence. Ill be filing a charge back with bank to recover the money.
