I just love this place. Pilates is so amazing especially if you work a 9-5 sitting at a desk all day. I always tell my instructor Jiyoun that it's almost like getting physical therapy for having to work in an office.This place does classic Pilates which really focuses on those deep foundational muscles which helped me with strength, mobility, posture, and your overall figure as well. It especially helps with my rounded shoulders, tight lower back, tight hips, basically non-existent core, and weak ankles (bonus pronation! lol).I also feel like it helps with circulation because I'm super bloated all the time but usually right after my session I feel so much lighter and less puffy.I've done personal training (weight lifting) for a couple of months and this is my first 1:1 experience with Pilates besides group reformer classes. I would say that weight lifting and Pilates actually would be fantastic together. But if I had to choose one, I'd go with classic Pilates.The studio is beautiful -- clean, bright, and modern. The instructors are all very nice and welcoming. Highly recommended for everyone.

I have been taking Pilates classes with iDo Pilates since 2019 and have been taking classes regularly with all of the current instructors. The instructors - Doi, Jiyeon and Jinsol- are all personable, have a great passion and energy, and continue to motivate to improve as. They also continue to update their Pilates machines and keep the studio clean.I no longer have back and should pain and workout target the entire body especially the core. I have seen improvements in the area of strength and flexibility. I strongly recommend this place to all.

I started taking classes here regularly after coming along with a friend. Doi is a really kind and attentive teacher and I’ve gotten noticeably stronger after coming here for just six months. She explains how things should feel when I’m engaging the right muscles and always notices right away when I need to correct something. She’s helping me enjoy exercising and finding it fun to improve and get stronger.

I love Pilates. It has changed my body , mind and life. I say This place is legit. Super clean, super knowledgeable instructors, period.I met Doi 8-9 years ago at a studio in LA. She was an instructor and then I heard she opened her studio in OC, I’ve told my friends to go, and they all keep coming here for year until now. Then I moved to OC and started workout with Doi this year - postpartum. Boom, she was good, but she is even GREAT now.Her heart to Pilates is true and deep. She constantly trains herself with higher level master and studies how to make it better for her customers. She challenges herself and I think it’s what makes this studio so different from many other studios in OC.*Keep in mind - this studio is for Classic Pilates- which requires deeper understanding on your body and Pilates. So first, know what you want to train. If you don’t know, just come and try it.I truly enjoy coming here and I believe you will too. Your search is over!

My mom and I have been taking duet Pilates lessons every week for around 3 years, and we are loving it. At first, we were unsure if Pilates was what we needed or wanted because of multiple reasons. Neither of us is athletic, and my mom is in her late 50s, now in her 60s. I am not flexible at all from sitting all day working with bad posture. Most importantly, our last Pilates experience at a different studio was only okay. However, now we feel the opposite way. We have both gained core muscles that help us with better posture, and we feel much healthier. We now treat the lesson as our essential weekly event. We would like to thank our instructor, Jiyeon, for being very patient with us :) and bringing good challenges while accommodating our health situations.

I was referred here by my friend. After the first session, I have stuck with and have been coming a year now. I feel stronger and I love coming to the classes. Instructors are awesome. So happy I signed up and committed to coming!

It's been several months, and I have been truly enjoying my lessons at iDo Piltes. My instructor Jiyoun is very passionate about Pilates, and her excitement has helped me to stay focused and motivated, especially on the days that I do not want to be there. The lessons are mainly on the reformer, but she will mix things up before I get too comfortable or bored with the routine.I am relatively a beginner in Pilates, and being middle-aged, not flexible at all. But my instructor has been patient with me, correcting my postures and coming up with other options whenever I express concerns about doing certain moves. I am glad that I got started on Pilates before I got even older, and I feel very fortunate to have met an instructor who works so hard to better use her knowledge and skills to teach and help her clients. iDo Pilates has a New Client Special so try them out and see if they are a good fit for you.

I have been coming to iDo Pilates off and on for over 2 years. This is a place to get really great workout experience. All the instructors are very attentive and spot on. They know what they are doing.Before the Covid19 , I used to go for their group Pilates class which was for only 4 people in the class. Now I am getting semi private lessons with my daughter from Doi teacher. My daughter has seen the difference in her general posture. Even weekly Pilates class improves posture and eliminate chronic pain on her hip.I know the rate here is little more than many other studios. But remember - you get what you pay for!I
