It’s only been one month as a member, but what an amazing month it’s been! Spencer and his team of trainers, Francesca and Bailey are all wonderful trainers that offer a positive vibe and health inclusive culture! The gym is very clean and has every piece of equipment for your personal health journey. I appreciate the étiquette from the members here as well. Everyone is most respectful and cleans up/ puts away their weights. Really happy google helped me find this family owned gym! Thanks, all!

Absolutely amazing gym, everyone that works there and works out there is so friendly and considerate. The owner is awesome and makes you feel welcome from the second you step in there. The place is incredibly clean, all the machines and free weights feel great and are very well kept. The overall vibe is awesome, my only regret is not signing up sooner!

Great gym, owner is very friendly and professional and it’s literally a 2 minute walk from my yoga studio. Thank you Rich for creating such a great workout space. Definitely the type of gym where the owner and staff can get you in the best shape ever, very knowledgeable and good energy.

Love this gym. The owner really worked with me when my gym was not open. Has everything you need for a solid workout and the vibe is great.
