Just took the Dance and Weight class and it was the best workout! Coach Tig was full of energy and made the class enjoyable. Highly recommend checking out on of their classes. I will definitely be going back!

Tig and Marina are not only super easy going but they both provide a very fun workout that is guaranteed to make you sweat while you have fun! Both of their classes incorporate dances from all over the world and light dumbbells. I love that they have late classes for those of us who work later in the afternoon too. I’ve been going for nearly 2 months and the way I feel after every class ☺️

I’ve been going to this gym for Zumba for a year now and I love it! Class is super fun, Tig the owner and the other teachers are super welcoming and everyone is so nice! The class is a great workout and the gym is brand new still and super clean. There’s always parking close by. You don’t have to be a good dancer or know how to follow complicated choreography, it’s great for beginners too! Come try it ☺️ you’ll be glad you did.

Coach Tig has been great. Joined in July and I’m down 25lbs. He is very knowledgeable. Makes you feel comfortable and gets the most out of you. Would recommend joining.
