My kids love this! I reinforced my doorframe, and their customer service was able to get me an extended side vice grip. They're professional and helped me through my crazy questions and pictures. I'm 200lbs and use it without any wobble or creaks.

Their customer service is a disgrace, don't expect a call or email back from this company. After several attempts, no response. I bought from gym1 because their company is based locally to me in Massachusetts. I like to support local businesses, but next time I'll do my research. Go through a different company or vendor, and pray that your product doesn't come with any issues or missing pieces! They took my money over three weeks ago, and I'm still waiting for my order. I hope there are no further issues once it finally does arrive.

I purchased this gym and began trying to return it 1/16. The phone number to call never answers and they don't respond to emails. I finally was able to ship the package back but they provided the wrong address so now it is on it's way back to me. Only buy this product if you have no plans to return it because they are absolutely no help. The phone number for customer service never worked and everytime I sent an email I got a new "case #". After them that the package was being returned to me the representative apologized and gave me a different address to return it to. Why didn't they have some sort of mail forwarding in place? A few weeks ago the package came back to me- mind you I tried to mail it back in January of this year. Now I have a box with the equipment and I'm definitely outside of the return period.

Gym1 took payment and never shipped the product. The company would not respond to me or Paypal. After seven weeks Paypal refunded the purchase price.I ordered the deluxe aerial yoga swing for my daughter on May 1 and was informed that I would receive a tracking number for the shipment in 24-48 hours. Since I had not received a tracking number, I contacted Gym1 on May 7 through its website. I was provided a ticket number and told I would receive a response in 24 hours. I never heard back and left multiple phone messages beginning on May 11. I continued to attempt to contact Gym1 via phone, email and its website, receiving a second ticket number of May 16 and a third on May 20. I never once received a reply. After almost four weeks, I began the dispute process through Paypal. This is particularly discouraging because I think highly of the Gym 1 playground system (especially in a small apartment with all the parks now closed for months) and have encouraged family and friends to purchase it. I now have a very disappointed daughter who would like nothing else than the yoga swing promised months ago. I understand that there has been unprecedented disruption in recent months, but no business should take payment, not deliver the item purchased and then refuse to respond to the customer.
