I’ve been going to OT for a little over a year now. I know when I walk through the door, I’m going to have a great workout. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Music is always fun and keeps you going. I highly recommend!

The worst experience ever,, I booked the fist time i had to be there 30 min earlier and they call when i was about to leave my house and told me you cant come,,, after that they called several times to say sorry for the misunderstanding and that i have to book again, so i did and i told they i cant came 30 min prior they say its not a problem just come, and i go in the morning and they say i cant do the session cause I wasn’t 30 min prior. 😱😱 mind blowing, how can you play with people like this I can’t understand, you should welcome the clients not throwing them out off the door. Horrible, unbelievable

My fiancée wanted to do something together instead of going to 2 separate gyms. They’re apparently having a promo where you get a free class and then a free month so I said yes I’d give it a try. My fiancée called to see what she needed to do to get me in for the 6:45 class and the woman said to call back and he can get set up over the phone. That was at 6:10. I call at 6:15 after I’m done helping my own client and I said my fiancée just called, she said I need to call and give you my info because I want yo do my trial class at 6:45 (we live 5 minutes away). The woman goes “oh yeaaa, was her name ***********? (I said yes) well… you need to be here a half hour before the trial class.” Like HELLO!? You wouldn’t think to tell that to my fiancée when she called 5 minutes before me? and a half hour is ridiculous. 10-15 minutes, sure, but 30 minutes?! I really wanted to try it out because people say they really like it but I don’t have time to donate. Just disappointed

Just not worth it. 149$ for some really mediocre trainers. The results people get are due to literally ‘bootcamping’ weight loss. It’s something not recommended for everybody and needs to be controlled and managed based on a person’s physical attributes. But nope, the amateurs running the place pretty much wouldn’t understand why. So thank you OT for absolutely wasting my time and money.

Signed up for a trial class starting at 6:45pm. They told me to come 30 min earlier to show me the gym and talk to trainer … I showed up on 6:20 with 5min delay. She didn’t let me in. She said since I had 5min delay I can not attend the class. What an attitude!! I was there excited for my trial session, 25min before the actual class time and she simply refused to let me in. I was never told how strict they are on timing, showing no flexibility for someone who is not familiar with their policies.

Love it here. The workouts are great and the coaches are equally amazing. They keep you focused during the workout and provide great advice. There are multiple classes throughout the day which helps me always fit in a workout despite my moving schedule. The process of simply booking classes, checking in and navigating throughout the workout it very seamless which is what I love about OT. Perhaps a personal opinion but prices are truly not bad compared to other workout places in the area.
