Front desk is GREAT!!!! HOWEVER.... It's IMPERATIVE they tell member upon walking in to WIPE DOWN EQUIPMENT!!!!!! IT'S GROSS watch someone sweat all over seats and not clean!!! THROW THEM OUT THAT'S HOW YOU GET SICK!!!!!

It's a Planet Fitness, they're all pretty much the same. Clean, rarely busy, staff is friendly enough, and the clientele isn't awful. I do wonder why kids are allowed to tag along with (presumably) parents, however. That scares me from a risk management perspective.

Great gym and clean. John at the front desk is awesome. Natasha on the other hand was one of the nastiest customer service employees I’ve ever encountered. Other than that, I would have given this place 5 stars.
