I've been going to the gym since they opened in December of 2022. It's always friendly. Clean and nonjudgmental. There is one woman there. Very rarely do I see her. She is the one with glasses. She's not the friendliest person.

I am constantly amazed at how rude a vast majority of the young male teenage boys that work out here. They come in swarms for groups of four and five no concept of spatial awareness and take up space in the middle of the walkway... Send you this is not all of them, but I have experienced this on at least six or seven occasions and have watched other people observing the same thing.

Regularly work out in the mornings. Staff is friendly and helpful. The equipment is maintained well and the facility is always clean.

The clubs are generally very clean, large (with a lot of equipment) and have a variety of things anyone could utilize (such as rooms for stretching, targeted muscle groups, massage and tanning, etc)
