Planet Fitness

These guys are always trying to keep the equipment clean and the environment friendly and nice it’s a really good planet fitness in comparison to some of the other ones I’ve been to and I also really love that they converted the Westmont theater.

They gave no warning of starting to charge again during a pandemic in which most people are not going to a gym. Then say you either have to come in or send a certified letter to cancel. That is outrageous. I would never join a planet fitness again and am reporting them to both my bank and the BBB

Sean has made Planet Fitness work for Haddon Twp!! Without his non stop hard work and kindness to members our gym may not be available to be as amazing and consistent. The best!!!

Place used to be fine before covid 19, nothing special, basics machines... I had my account created a couple months before Covid 19, they stopped charging during the shut down, and after that the monthly payment started coming back, so I called to cancel because I’m not feeling safe going to the gym, I talked with a front desk (Alexis) and she said that I could get the refund, and she will leave a note that I called to cancel and will be coming to the building soon. So when I went to the place to cancel, they didn’t want to refund me, was more than $100 lost! That wasn’t used at all! Very disappointed with this place ! I understand all the policies, but when someone that works in the place says that you will get something back, and you don’t, it’s not professional! My personal recommendation is: don’t sign up with Planet Fitness!

First, really poor communication and a very rude person who unfortunately we had to deal with both when we signed up and when we cancelled our membership. Poor quality,they mentioned personal trainer and they didn't have any. Not professional, they did not send a reminder about the annual fee and still deduct the annual fee although we joined for 2 months only.The rude person made me hate the place,I was talking to him politely but it seems like he doesn't know how to speak nor how to deal with customers. I will never ever recommend planet fitness nor attend it. They Stole my money and gave me an awful and bitter treatment. And of course lied about their services. I really feel frustrated, I shouldn't have switch from LA fitness. And I will never forgive you for the money you stole.

Today was my first time working out at this gym, and my first day back at the gym since the end of March. Everything went smoothly, but I think I'll take my own wipes next time instead of using all of that paper towel to clean the equipment. I was very happy to see that everyone was doing what they could to keep the facility clean. It wasn't crowded and I was able to get a lot done in short amount of time. I gave it only four stars because I might be sore tomorrow. 😠

I LOVE this gym! The 2 floors give plenty of space and separation for people to work out. There is plenty of parking, the gym is always clean, the staff is friendly. There are a few multipurpose rooms where you can stretch, or focus on certain body parts/areas to work out. I really like how you don't need to bring a lock for the lockers. They could improve the quality of the erg machines. Otherwise I genuinely enjoy going to this gym after missing it so much while it closed during Covid.

Lot of equipment plenty of machines to use not enough people wiping their machines down when they done using them.Too many people sitting on machines using their phones

Love this gym, tho I wish they had a sauna lol. But, great staff overall and facility.

Clean facilities, non-creepy clientele, plenty of cardio machines. Parking is convenient and I’ve not had trouble finding a spot.
