I can not say enough great things about this place! Steven has made it very inviting and fun. Everyone is greeted when they walk in. He hits every round with you to show you what to do and is always checking on anyone working out. He is always willing to modify if needed. The encouragement that we get, not only from Steven, but from everyone else who is working out beside you, is amazing. The workouts change daily and are challenging, but who doesn't like to punch and kick things! :) For the first time ever, I find myself looking forward to going and working out. Thanks Steven!
