Nice little gym. Nothing special per say, but it gets the job done!

Make sure you get a video of yourself canceling your membership or they'll send you to collections and accuse you of lying. Would never, ever, recommend this gym.

I'd like to talk about customer care. We had one minor hiccup, and the very next day I was called by the district manager and everything was resolved. Never had a company care so much about their patrons experience. Top notch!

Seriously, would like to know why they are so awful to cancel. I moved an hour away and they forced me to drive back. Paid 50 dollars for a 50 cent key fob, I understand this is in the contract but it does not make it ethical. The only thing I can think of is that they know the gym is so bad they know nobody would ever join again. Planet fitness is so much better. It is cleaner, safer and the staff is much more polite. So instead of being respectful and useful they try to squeeze as much out of you. Also, because I live an hour away and they wouldn't work with me on the phone I changed my credit card number. However, the sleaze balls whined to my bank and still charged my bank. DO NOT JOIN. Save your trouble and go to any other gym.

One of the best gyms I’ve been to in a long time. They have the essentials and more.Steve is one of the people I’ve met here and is a friendly face at the front. Every time I was in there, he and his team were mopping the floors, sweeping, wiping down equipment, and assisting people with proper machine form. It’s always a great sight to see they care about cleanliness.I’ve been to a lot of gyms but this is certainly my favorite to go to when I visit my family in Ohio.

The Gym itself is a cool gym. But the billing and deceptive business practices are what really negatively impacts the company overall. They make it very difficult to cancel a membership. I had 4 attempts to cancel my membership. The first time was over the phone. The rep advised I needed to cancel in person. Next I attempted to cancel in person. I went in and handed over the key fob. I forgot my debit card, so they refused to take the key fobs and told me I needed to pay the remaining balance. Third time I called and spoke with a representative and let them know that I needed to cancel, but didn’t get paid until the 24th. The rep specifically stated that he would reach out to his manager and that I’d be okay to cancel on the 24th with no additional fees. 4th time - I went in to cancel my membership and the manager says I owe this month, next month, and the annual fee for a total of $93.0 instead of the $25 that I owed. Oh it’s because I’m canceling after the 20th of the month and he had no problem showing me in my contract that I signed where it says that. If that’s the case, why did the representative tell me that I was okay to pay and cancel on the 24th without any additional fees? Terrible management. Terrible member experience. Terrible billing and business practices. Why do you guys make canceling a membership so difficult? After jumping on here and reading these reviews, I now see that I’m not the only one that this gym has screwed over billing wise. I can guarantee you that I will never be back to this gym. Again, the gym itself is great. But the billing and business practices are absolutely the area of opportunity for improvement.

I thought cancel anytime no fee? I cancelled BEFORE my annual fee and somehow have to still pay $60? For a gym I haven’t been to in months due to moving. Then my receipt states I have a $60 cancellation fee. If you’re going to state something I say you stick to it. Very disappointed. Would give a 0 if I could.

What a great place to work out! I noticed how clean, spacious, and well laid out this gym was when I painted their graffiti styled murals in the weight rooms. They have the friendliest staff and it's not pretentious at all. You have tons of amenities such as tanning, children's room, massage chairs, and all equipment is open 24/7.

Nice mix of equipment. Clean & well maintained. I would classify it as a medium core gym not hard core but you could easily get hard core here with some creativity & experience. No "lunk alarms " no lunks, just everyone doing their own thing & minding their own business. This is a nice gym. I would recommend it.

Really nice gym. A lot of equipment and overall just looks nice. I've only been going for a month but I feel comfortable there. Plus, it's a 24 hr gym so I can go whenever I have time. I've gone super early in the morning before and that's honestly probably the best time to go. Also, I don't have kids but they have a nice little area for kids to go in while you workout which I thought was cool.
