When I started with Tina I thought I was just going to do a couple group classes maybe each week. After my first couple classes I enjoyed the approach Tina takes to fitness and decided to explore personal training sessions. I could not be more happy with my choice! Tina has constructed an exercise program just for me, really listened to what activities I do and tailored my workouts to suit me. Tina, also being a golfer, has incorporated some great stretches and exercises to increase my flexibility for my golf swing! This has been a wonderful experience so far and I am looking forward to all my future sessions!
