I struggled internally with myself to have the confidence to join a gym and then I found Corefit. After hearing about it, reading other reviews and deciding it was time to take care of me, I took the first step and scheduled a “Find YOUR Fit” consult. I opted for personal training for two months before stepping out of my comfort zone and joining classes. I am so glad I found Corefit!! I still have a ways to go to reach my personal goals, but I am stronger and more confident than I was three months ago before joining. Cory, Paulette, Felicia and the rest of the Corefit team are awesome!! Stop delaying and join Corefit! You won’t regret it!

The best part of Corefit is that you want to keep going back! I've never been this consistent with a gym before. Every trainer is genuinely helpful, encouraging, and fun. The workouts are varied enough that I'm never bored, and I like having the combination of both strength training and cardio. I enjoy seeing my progress and am motivated to continuously set new goals!

After many years of thinking about joining a gym I’m so happy that I walked into Corefit. Cory and all of the trainers are outstanding. Even in group classes I feel the support of having a personal trainer. They listen and help every person in what they need. I also love the atmosphere and all of the clients. Even though this is all new to me, I have never felt out of place. Highly Recommend!!!
