My 10 year old is very energetic and typically we are in sports of some sort year round. This winter he told me he didn't want to play basketball. When I asked what he wanted to do he, told me indoor football. I researched in the surrounding area and pretty much either teams were set or it was just too far. After a solid extensive Google search I found NST. I read probably every review I could find about this place. I mean it's 2022 and a crazy world out there. On the NST website it gives you the option to sign up for a free evaluation for ages 6+. So I thought, well all these reviews are literally phenomenal. This is either going to go good or bad. I knew the mechanics of the facility and the objective. I knew it was a age appropriate conditioning and physical activity. My son is very smart, athletic and determined. He also is lacking confidence, has anxiety, and needs motivation. We all have the most imperfectly perfect children, however I try as a mom to improve my children's flaws as much as possible. Sports give my son the drive and support he needs mentally, physically, and emotionally.I requested a evaluation online and and we got scheduled. I told my son when I got home about it. Explored the website and watched youtube videos with him. He did not want to go. He was not interested and he didn't understand how the kids got from point A to point B. He didn't see the whole picture. He was going to the evaluation but honestly I was not sure it was his thing. Evaluation day came and he was dragging his feet. We arrived and facility was clean, welcoming and extremely convenient. Right off the highway. We walked in and we got to the gym entrance, Coach Emma greeted us. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She motivated my son to do his best in each activity he did. He was happy, excited, and tired! She explained each task thoroughly to him and then we would discuss what he can do to improve and where he did well!My son was begging for this opportunity by the end of the evaluation. Essentially it's a gym program for kids. Specializing in each individual kid, in a group setting. Each class is typically an hour long. There's typically 2 options for his age group in the afternoon and evening, 5 days a week and Saturday mornings there's also a class. We can pick and choose what classes he can go to based on our schedules that week. You just book on the app the night before or up to a month in advance which classes he can do. He can go 6 days a week if he wanted to. Or maybe we only have availability for twice in a week. Either way, he's motivated to go. He's getting physical activity and training from a professional in a small group setting. He's working physically and mentally. He's focused. He's working as a team and competitive intuition kicks in. It's kids supporting kids with professional, respectful direction. How fantastic is that. These coaches and programs are outstanding. Motivation. Strength. Flexibility. Strength. Agility. That's just the start. These kids are learning how to play sports without getting injured. They're learning what a community does. The positive impact and respect needed to become a good human. My son is motivated to be the best him. We just started this NST journey but everyone in the community should be aware of the type of programs this facility has. Even if your kids usually play spring, summer, and fall sports. And it gives them the conditioning over the winter they need. Or twice a week all year. There's plenty of options and honestly the price is more than worth it in my opinion.I just wanted to make sure parents know this kind of thing was an option in the community. Because I had no idea. My son is thriving and he's never been more motivated in himself. This is what our world needs. Better humans and this program, family, gym. Is making better humans❤️

NST has been one of the greatest decisions I have made for my kids. I’ve seen great results and the instructors coach very well while helping them with their mental game!

NST has significantly contributed to the speed and athleticism of our son, Carson Dyrlund. He began working out at NST following his football workouts this summer and continued through the fall season. All of that hard work has paid off significantly. In a few months he added several inches to both his vertical and broad jump and his speed/agility/quickness vastly improved. I can’t say enough good things about their programs for kids of all ages/skillsets The only regret we have is we didn’t start sooner.

Absolutely awesome training facility with friendly, knowledgeable and encouraging staff and very affordable. My teenager has been participating in their program for 5 months, twice a week and has not complained 1 time about going. Couldn't recommend a better place to take your child for training!

My son Tommy loves this place. We started in June to get him ready for 4th grade tackle football. It’s December and we are still going. Great knowledgeable staff that really cares. Tommy is getting stronger and faster everyday and having fun doing it. 100% would recommend.

NST North Canton is the place to be for sports training! My daughter has been going now for almost 6 months and has seen a noticeable difference in her strength, endurance and running form. This has helped her in both softball and basketball. Emma and staff make each workout fun, but still push the kids to do their best! We love it there!!

NST has given my son a great foundation to build strength and agility to take his athletics to the next level. Coach Emma and her staff provide a positive atmosphere for these kids. Not only are they focused on guidance physically, but they provide the right mindset as to what a true student athlete represents. Thank you for everything you do for us!!

Our two sons have been Training with the NST Team since they were located at the old Fred Astaire Bldg. on South Main. The NST Coaches have been nothing but professional and courteous, as they trained our Sons to be the best they could. The days they would come home and say they had a new personal record is what it's all about. They have learned to set goals, and taught to achieve them. Now the boys are young men and still attend on Freedom at the newest North Canton facility, their Coaching Staff are highly recommended and are completely focused on Training your child to accomplish the goals that are set forth. If you are within a 30-40 minute drive, I would not pass up the opportunity to stop in and check for yourself, you will not be disappointed.
