Absolutely love the aquatics center. I'm not familiar with he rest of the gym but the physical therapy and pools are really cool. I like that they have open swim for the whole family as well

My family and I had a great time at The Natatorium. The staff was friendly and helpful. Non-Cuyahoga Falls admissions rates aren't pricey. The pool was clean, well-maintained, and lifeguards enforce the rules. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing day out. It can get a bit crowded in the kids' section of the pool during peak busy hours. Please click the Like button if you found this review helpful.

We drove two and a half hours to get here with a 4-year-old in order to go swimming and play on the splash pad. Call the head the day before to make sure everything was open and we were told absolutely, that the splash pad would be open the entire day, got hours and everything. Showed up and were told that nothing was open on the day we were here. Even though, we were told the day before that everything would be. It's a long way to drive in the car, talking about how awesome this place was to a 4-year-old only for him to be disappointed. Awful way to run a business. Apparently, the staff who answers the phone needs to be educated on when things are open.I do want to add, that the staff who was here when we showed up were very apologetic, kind and professional. I don't blame them at all, they can't do anything about it. It was the person who answered the phone the day before that ruined our day.

An okay gym, a bit pricey, but whats most concerning is that they have kids running the gym that don't really care about the cleanliness of the place. For the price, seeing people with open wounds sweating on equipment and not wiping it down after (and employees showing zero concern) its only a matter of time until someone catches MRSA or staph. The staff will not address people who are gross so beware. I will not renew a membership here anymore.

Great gym but there’s one employee that tries her hardest to disturb my peace and I don’t understand what her issue is. She works in castle during weekday mornings but also works upstairs sometimes. Older lady with a short gray cut. I’ve been a member for 3 years and EVERY time she opens her mouth it’s something off-putting and rude. She says unnecessary things in a shady high school girl way. It’s as if she wants to upset me but I gracefully ignore her. Very strange mean spirited woman but covers it up with a smile. Lots of passive aggression.I’ve complained before, but of course wasn’t taken seriously and was told she didn’t mean it because she is elderly… but she isn’t elderly enough to work with kids. Interesting. She is very sharp and knows exactly what she’s doing. Even the way she talks to and tries to control and over power the other daycare workers is weird. She’s also mean to my kids when they are in castle ( but please note the other workers are really sweet and my kids have a great time when she isn’t there) Other than her, great gym and employees! The evening daycare workers are AMAZING! If you have encountered this lady you know exactly who I’m talking about ! Something needs to be done. Maybe I’ll post a pic of her.

I’m sure the facility is amazing! I wish I could give a better review. We drove 45 mins to take our kids swimming on Sunday. I called ahead to get the hours, the automated answering machine said the pools were open until 645 and the slides closed at 5. We weren’t too worried about only having a little time on the slides, we were mainly going for the pool. We arrived at 4pm and was told they close in an hour, I asked for a discount rate since there was only an hour left, and he said they didn’t do that. The workers were very friendly though. But management needs to fix their answering system. We weren’t the only ones either…A family with 8 kids were behind us wanting to go swimming too. Disappointed is an understatement!!!

Spotless & not packed at all. Loved all the SALT water pools. They even have a Hard current workout pool. With lifeguards everywhere, its perfect for family fun! They have a Kids equipped work out room & adults have a massive equipped gym & track overlooking the pool. We Will go back

The facility is pretty cool and the staff are nice but the pricing is a little bit much. We only want to have our son be able to go swimming but my lady and I want nothing to do with the water. We would be sitting and doing nothing except for phone stuff but we still have to pay full price admission just to be in the building. They do have swimming lessons and a lot of events. And my son loves so yeah I would say it's a good place to go. But be sure to have extra money

Great place! Not cheap, but spacious, well equipped, clean, swimming, walking/running track, swimming/exercise pools and more. See numerous parents with their kids, especially on the track with little ones being pushed by mom or dad. Well worth the price if you're interested in getting fit and if you are retired and have "Silver Sneakers" then it won't cost you at all.

This is a great place to take your younger aged children. Took my 10 year old, 9 year old, and 2 year old niece. They all had fun, but it is more age appropriate for younger kids. The older kids loved the slide and just swimming in the deep end. The 2 yr old loved the kids' area and the Frog toddler slide. They have ample space for changing. There is also a tree house outside of the swimming area that can be played on. Wish they had more open swim times.
