this message is for Shannon the lady that was there this morning on October 6th which is Tuesday she was there before 8:00 a.m. she denied me to enter the 24 hour fitness she did not even let me even see the gym inside to see if I wanted to get a membership she should not be on the receptionist or in the front desk.. I show her my guess pass and denied cause I'm Hispanic or she is Lazy. Therethere is something wrong if you keep allowing this lady Shannon or whatever her name is to be on the front receptionist you will lose business because I wanted to get a membership but she didn't let me get the membership or even allow me to go in with a guest pass cuz, I have the guest pass but other than that I think she should be talk to and be removed immediately

I was not at 24 Fitness. I totally stopped to go to the gym entirely since the Corona Pandemic started. Health Club its not so health anymore. Many outbreak did come from the indoor fitness!

Over the last 60 days 24 hour fitness has raised the cost of membership, removed towel service, and is now no longer going to be 24 hours... I'll update as they continue to remove services while charging the customer more.
