Best 24 hour by far . Not sure where these complainers are coming from who didn’t give it 4 or 5 stars. This location is not only clean and huge, but people work out hard. Very motivating. Staff and trainers are great too.

Ok overall. I come in early. There is a cleaning crew there two Hispanic ladies. The chubby brunette seems to work. However the one with blonde highlights is lazy. As I am downstairs doing weights etc. She'll be vacuuming..she will vacuum under your bench or right up on you as your doing ur set at any given station. I've told her to stay away but she acts as if she doesn't speak English..however I see her taking breaks all the time (20-30 mins) as she vacuums upstairs and talks to the black lady that works there. Meaning she understands. I hope 24 understands by her being so close to members, she can cause someone to hurt themseleves what a liability that is..She takes care of the upstairs and the machines are poorly cleaned. And there is trash mainly paper towels I've seen left there for over a week. Really? You're a cleaning crew how hard is it to pick up a paper towel, or wipe and mop stuff correctly. I've contacted management but and I see her still do the above stuff. I hope 24 actually looks at this because it's just ridiculous.

Easiest the most well maintained 24 hour fitness. The staff is laid back and helpful. They have a great amount of equipment and the inside green turf. The only thing I wish they had was a basketball court. Keep it up 24 hour la costa!

TL;DR last paragraph at the bottomThought this would be better than the one on rancho santa fe, but only marginally for the price. There’s a code to get into the spa/pool/sauna area you have to ask for which is weird it should just be a key lock that they can lock up during cleaning hours. It’s a nice area though, definitely helps out the rating. The restrooms and locker rooms arent managed well. Whenever the gym announces a cleanup, 95% of the time employees just stand at the front pretending to be chads and harassing people by advertising their expensive personal training. The gym etiquette is poor, a chad (a muscle man who likes to show off how “manly” and muscular he is) will take up 3 machines at once. I usually just bypass this issue and use the machine anyways. If a chad approaches you, don’t be afraid to confront him. The ones at this gym are NOT crazy with testosterone and will let you finish a set or two more if you’re chill.I can’t bring guests even when I spend 41 bucks a month on a membership. That’s really scary and awful. Planet fitness allowed me to do it for 22 bucks a month. Then again, pf has some motivation to keep up with the times since its a publicly traded company.Another thing you can’t do is create your membership online at this one. The website says you can buy a one year membership for +500 bucks, but mine was automatically cancelled a day later. I walk in a day or two later and they say the gym doesn’t allow a one year membership to be purchased, it must be on a monthly basis. Its intimidating, expensive, and the employees just chad around. But if you want LOTS of amenities and want to go to the gym with the rich people instead of the plebeians, then this gym is for you.
