I was looking for a new place to workout and was looking for some specific criteria. Friendly, welcoming community. A workout that has variety and is focused on strength and functional fitness. Great coaches to keep you motivated. Clean, well kept facilities. A flexible schedule. I was not expecting to check all of the boxes in one place, but ETF is that and more. It provides a great variety of workouts that utilize a variety of equipment and movements, motivating coaches who focus on proper form and technique, access to workout 24/7, a spotless environment and a great community of very friendly people of all ages. I know there a plenty of choices to workout, but ETF seems to be a well kept secret that more people should know about.

I have been coming to ETF for about a year and I really love it!It is so nice to have the flexibility to go whenever is best for you. With a background in fitness, I struggle to find gyms that I really love and want to stick with. ETF is such a great option due to being affordable, having variation in difficulty week to week, and an extremely friendly staff!

Went for 3-4 months and it did the job. The 24 hr aspect is the best part about it, especially for people who own a business or work long hours that enjoy group workouts but have no time. I do however feel that it's not a tough workout after a bit and places like F45 and even OTF challenge you more. If you are just starting out this place is great BUT if you are looking for something very challenging I would say choose the latter. Also, not a big fan of how they handled my billing situation when I cancelled. I asked the lady that originally signed me up "is this month or is their fees attached/days needed to cancel so I do not get charged 2x?" She kept saying it's "month to month". So I would just keep that in mind as you do not sign hard copies of the contract, it's a digital contract in which you will not sit there and fully examine until after the fact. Further, I just got a charge today for the FOB they give you - I asked one of the employees a couple months back, "how much is it to replace the FOB" she answers "not sure but I know its like 10 cents to make" - that's what you will be dealing with when it comes to their billing and fees, too wishey washey for me.

At this point, I've been a member here for about 5 months. I tried a lot of other places before I ended up at ETF, and this place just works for me. I don't do well in regular gyms because I'm not good about creating or sticking to a plan on all the machines. ETF does all the planning and thinking for me, I just show up and get a great workout in 55 minutes. On top of that, I've never been to a gym that made me feel like family starting on day one - not just the staff, but the other members are so welcoming and positive. I was afraid of being intimidated, but actually ended up being lifted up through the journey. I started off at my own pace and have been working my way up - and there's still a long way for me to grow in my health journey. I'm glad I found ETF, and I'm glad they are willing to be my partner in creating a better me. It may not end up being the right fit for everyone, but it is certainly worth everyone's time to try it out for a few months.

Eat the Frog is a unique gym that provides intense, dynamic workouts that will help you achieve a level of fitness that is typically only achieved through personal training. More importantly, ETF is a community where both staff and members encourage you and celebrate your achievements. I knew it was the place for me after my first workout in 2019. With ETF I have achieved fitness and weight loss goals I have been striving for years to accomplish.
