Yoga seemed an unattainable practice for me at my age and weight. However yoga is ‘your practice.’ I have learned to adapt my practice through experienced incredible instructors at Baptise Power Yoga. I have learned to listen to my body through the practice. Meditation is much easier and by the way Shavasana is great!!!!

I love the energy of everyone from the teachers to yogis to the studio itself. The classes I've tried have all been so great & I appreciate the variety of classes they offer! they also have a great collection of products to buy too!!

Baptiste Power Yoga is an awesome place for yoga, to feel connected to other people, and to learn yoga even for beginners. The studio is beautiful and the staff is friendly and welcoming. All of the yoga teachers are excellent. I love this place!!

I love Baptiste Yoga Indy! It is a welcoming community with a variety of class offerings. Each class is a unique experience, so there is plenty of variety. My favorite classes are the traditional power classes, and the Saturday morning 75-minute classes with Cindi are the best. Cindi has an incredible gift of connecting you to your purpose and encouraging you to explore new things in your practice. There is plenty of space in the studio and it is always clean. Great merchandise as well. I am so glad we have Baptiste yoga in Carmel!
